Great apartment in center of the city 2 baths, 2 bedrooms Kitchen Friendly host!

Surrounding a bit negative, but nothing special, dont worry.

The suite was very comfortable, sweet,, what one would expect from Lisbon. Jorge was very accommodating. The neighborhood is close to the main tourist area and the castle. A few pans handlers near the metro but harmless. A VERY diverse neighborhood with many many choices of food and markets. The whole world in a few hilly blocks. Took me about 30 minutes to walk to the river. Gorgeous walk along the riverfront. Very friendly people. Keep in mind if you are not comfortable walking up and down steep hills this may not be the area for you. Lisbon has many many hills!! Nonetheless this is a wonderful spot in the old town with new & diverse residents.

The very good apartment structure, well equipped, shower and heating worked very well, kitchen with all the utensils, on the location, right in the historic center, easy access walking to the main sights, many nearby shops, restaurants, souvenir shops, metro and public transport in general. The host served us very well, gave us all the instructions, suggestions of nearby places, always responding quickly to our messages.

The fact that it did not have its own parking and not even close, was complicated for us, because we were with small children, the nearest public parking, about 10~15 minutes walking, although well located, the neighborhood in the surroundings can generate a little discomfort, my children were a little afraid to walk at night, although very busy and no one moved us. Many homeless people and drug users, this has generated some discomfort, but no one has bothered us or talked to us,

The colourful, imaginative and efficient use of space. Excellent communication with host, great recommendations! Central location and great value for money!

No down side at this price point.

Jorge and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and prompt in answering our queries. Jorge provided information about check in parking, nearby facilities and was very accessible via WhatsApp throughout our stay. The apartment was a duplex, with a spiral stairs between the upper and lower floor. It had all that we needed, including a kettle, mugs, plates and utensils. There was even an induction stove and a heavy bottomed stainless steel pot in case you want to do any simple cooking. Beds were comfortable and quilts sufficient to keep us warm during winter. The housekeeping staff gave us fresh towels and face towels and made our beds after the first day, which was a nice surprise since most non-serviced apartments do not have this service. We loved the central location of the apartment too.

No in-house parking. If you have heavy luggage and need to come via car, cheapest (public) parking is a 15 min walk away so you will need one traveller to unload the luggage and bring it into the apartment while the other drives off to park the car. Note: no washing machine for those who are hoping to get some laundry done.

Very clean, comfortable and large apartment over two levels. Communication from the host was excellent with many good ideas for local shops, restaurants and things to do. Nice sunny terrace upstairs. Near metro, tram (if you can squeeze on!) and an easy walk to squares, Rossio station, not much further to river front

This can't be helped of course but streets are steep and not always well maintained, so be careful! As in any city, keep an eye out, but Lisbon feels safer to me than most. The WiFi is the one thing the host could improve but with free roaming it didn't matter much

great location. few mins walk to trams, taxis and station. shops close by too and coffee shops. the size of the apartment was bigger than I expected. extra rooms and an extra bathroom. the room has a door straight to the terrace. The kitchen windows had a balcony and big windows. fully air conditioned. all pots pans spoons cups there too. we were given a bottle of wine on arrival on the table but we dont drink but that was soo lovely thing to do. One afternoon they left biscuit packets out for guests too . we stayed with our children 6 yo and 7 month, we had guests over for dinner and it was lovely soo much space to enjoy. I checked in at 2am and they sent me the door code via whats app and hid my room key. very easy access. Doha the lady that looked after us could speak good english and was very helpful. If you dont have any access issues like wheelchair ect then this is perfect. great location. No lift and outside is steep . highly recommend this apartment.

I was happy with everything. Just steep outside going down but easy to go out .

Jorge the host is very accommodating. We asked to move to a bigger room and it was granted at no additional cost. The location is perfect, close to metro station, many shops and restaurants nearby and most importantly I liked is-few steps away from the classic Tram 28 station.

It’s kinda scary at night because too many men are hanging about in the streets leading to the property.

Position of apartment was very good, next to Martin Momiz , in the very center of the city; It was well kept and everything was clean; we found also complete set of big and medium towels for us(we stayed there in 5) . Jorge gave us also suggestions about some basic and useful places to start with and make our life easier, this was very appreciated too

Kitchen cooking set was not really manageable for 5 persons as the apartment was rated for. A bigger pan as well as a bigger pot would make it much better, if you don't want to eat outside once during the stay.....It is the only small flaw we can find in a very good experience!

Excellent help from Jorge, and we very much appreciated all the advice we were given for local restaurants. Our studio flat was well laid out and well equipped. The flat is close to the square where you can take the Yellow bus tours. It’s very good value for money, and the staff could not have been more helpful.

The street is filthy, with overflowing rubbish bins. We felt a bit intimidated by the area, and I did not feel very safe walking alone
