Nice stay in Lisbon, close enough to the main objectives. It is also close to public transport if you prefer this option. Since it’s an appartment you have quite some storage space, and a small kitchen with the basic necesities. The restaurant downstairs offers options for both breakfast and lunch.

The washing process for the towels is strange since even though they smelled as recently washed some had various stains on them while others(foot towel) looked plain dirty.

SUCH a fantastic hotel. From the moment we arrived the front desk staff was super friendly, helpful and informative. Our room was excellent- super clean, comfortable beds, all the kitchenware you need for a few nights stay. Cleaning and bar staff were also super friendly. We loved how welcomed we felt as a family and really appreciated all the extra touches from the hotel (complimentary happy hour by the fire pit was a family favourite, as were the curated gelato recommendations). We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and will absolutely recommend the hotel to family and friends. Other reviews mentioned safety concerns in the evenings- we found the area safe, well lit and zero issues. There are some rough sleepers, but this is the case in any city, unfortunate to see, but definitely not a safety issue.

The walls were a bit thin, you could hear people in the hallway. But rarely was it an issue for me.

One thing that could be improved: the silicon joints between the tiles in the bathroom are a bit discoloured and look a bit unclean, although everything is super clean!! I recommend considering replacing them :-)

I stayed at this hotel during a trip to Lisbon with my friends and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, the room was cozy and comfortable – perfectly suited for our stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. Breakfast was also very good and offered a nice start to the day. The hotel isn’t directly in the city center, but it’s within a reasonable distance and easy to reach by public transport or taxi. Considering the quality and service, I think the value for money was fair. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and friendly stay in Lisbon.

The only downside was the location of our room – it was situated right next to the food preparation area. This meant that early in the morning, we could hear some noise from the kitchen as breakfast was being prepared. It wasn’t anything too disruptive, but it did wake us up a bit earlier than we would have liked.

Clean and large room, with everything you need to spend there quite a few days/weeks.

Wasn't quite sure about the reception's location, schedule, and rules. The reception is hidden away in one of the rooms, and the staff is sitting down looking to the side of the customer, so it creates a strange 1st impression. It also has a limited schedule because it's not opened 24h, and if you need to contact them outside of those hours there's a charge of 20€. I just don't really see how this is a 4 star reception service.

Our apartment was in a very quiet area and had double glazed windows! Access to a supermarket, transport and the main square were within an easy walk! The staff were absolutely amazing!

We were advised not to call the establishment number after 10pm to access the building as a $20 euro fee would be charged! We were forced call the management at 11pm one night due to excessive noise in the apartment above us keeping us awake! We were not impressed when the following day we were charged the after hours fee! 😩

Room was really spacious and had all the amenities. Hotel staff allowed us to check in early. Surrounding area was really nice and was close to some cafes and mini markets.

A little bit far away from city centre but was able to easily get Ubers!
