The staff eas exceptional, they cleaned the room every day, and I enjoyed how cozy and clean was appartment.

Location is good in terms of metro stations, supermarkets, distance from center, but the Benformoso street is a little crowdy and loud and tight with a lot of local people on the street speaking loudly good part of night. But of course, that liveliness of the street has it own good side and energy also, except for sleep time.

The apartment itself is lovely, clean bright, good air conditioning and great shower. We were travelling to a few cities so it was great to have a washing machine in the apartment to refresh some clothes. Cleaner comes in every day, so nice to have fresh towels and beds made after a long day of sightseeing. Short walk to tram 28 and central Lisbon. A number of small supermarkets around the corner which were useful for basic necessities.

While the description says 2 bathrooms there is only 1 shower, however it it pretty good and lots of clean towels. The apartment block is on a street that is surrounded by Asian takeaways and some pretty run down other apartment buildings so there is always a large number of men outside on the street. Saying that we had no problem perhaps as we had a man with us. As noted by other reviews there is constant noise outside until the early hours (talking/traffic), but there is nothing the apartment owners can do about this, however we were so tired after a long day walking in the heat we slept regardless.

Great location in general. Good access to down town sites

The actual street was crowded and dirty. There were people hanging out on the street late into the night. The fire alarm went off the last morning around 6 in the morning and interrupted our sleep. I tried calling emergency numbers but I could never get any help. After 15-20 minutes the alarm market quieted down It was not very reassuring.

It was very spacious and tidy and the rooms were cleaned every day which was very useful. Therlockers where you can leave your bags the day you checkout which was 10/10, but make sure you have a 2 euro coin for the locker!!

The location was bad. It was close to the city centre, but there was a few dangerous characters on the street the apartment was located. We felt quite unsafe arriving back at night.

Very clean, tidy and well kept. Bed was very comfortable and shower was amazing. Had all the facilities in the apartment that you would need. Good central location close to city centre. Felt really safe inside the building. And liked that you could store luggage there before / after check in / out.

Only thing we didn’t like was the area. Very heavily male populated area, extremely noisy into the middle of the night. We felt extremely unsafe walking through the street the apartment is on unfortunately.

Lovely serviced apartments. Clean and tidy. Washing machine included and they provided and extra drying rack on request

The location was good proximity to town, however the street the apartments is on is awful. Very loud at night and dirty. As 3 females staying there we didn’t feel very safe walking around even during the day time as a lot of people hanging around the street staring.

Nice, clean, comfortable and beautiful appartment. Comfortable beds. Location is central….downtown is within walking distance. Staff is so helpful and kind. The check in check out was easy.

Location is not pleasant, not ideal for solo women. At night you only see men in the street and also in front of the main door that doesn’t look safe. Too noisy at night. The street is the dirtiest street I have ever seen.

It was a good stay. Well-located, close to tube,to the centre and also there is not far away Lidl. But also apartment located in a bit loud area, so if you early bird be aware till midnight there will be noise outside. So easy to check-in, no need to wait for anybody to access the flat Flat was clean and fresh refurbished, the only thing I’d add extra linen sheet for 3-d person. We had bedding but not linen sheet. In general we left very happy

Very easy access with clear instructions, apartment is equipped with everything necessary for your stay, it is being cleaned every day, rooms smell nice, everything is working properly (stove, air condition, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, iron), there was enough storage room for all of our stuff, there is code access to the building entrance as well as the apartment entrance which is very convenient, lots of restaurants and supermarkets around, 20 mins walking distance from the city centre

Parking situation is a bit tricky as we had to use public parking in the neighbourhood which was at times quite inconvenient as there are rarely any available parking spots. Some might list the location as the downside as it is located in an Asian neighbourhood, but we actually loved this part of the experience.

Apartment was good had everything you could need washing machine, combo microwave, WiFi etc

Tv didn’t work looks like the antenna was damaged, also the shower floor tiles were broken and rattled when stepped on seemed a bit dangerous, the location not the fault of the property but the area was not what I expected buildings were run down streets smelling etc
