The room was exactly how it was shown in the picture. Good aesthetics, good street view from the balcony, comfy bed and loads of kebab shops on the street! I would definitely stay here if I visit lisbon again.

Smell from the bathroom/toilet. I guess some drainage issue.

The ‘double bed’ was two single beds pushed together. The mattresses were not linked meaning that they moved apart. The duvet was not large enough to cover two ppl having to avoid sleeping in the Center of the bed. Not the best night sleep. The sliding door to the bathroom was broken, and did not work smoothly. Meaning that it was not possible to close, which made embarrassing using the toilet

The room was great. Previous reviews suggest a lot of refurbishment work, this all appears to have been completed and all looks very modern. Room was comfy and had all the available necessities. The price for the location to the city centre and attractions was great!

Only minor issue was a leaky pipe from the sink, not too troublesome, otherwise all good. Area during the night I can see through other reviews you might feel unsafe. Best advice is to not draw attention to yourself, keep anything valuable secure and politely decline anything that may be offered to you throughout the city. Personally had no issues and was travelling solo.

The room was fine. Nice shower room and the small kitchenette was handy. Bed was comfortable and although on a busy street, very little noise was noticeable. Location is ok. About a 10 min walk to the waterfront or Rossi station(for a trip to Sintra). There’s a supermarkets across the street and a short walk up the hill there are a some nice bars/restaurants. It’s also very handy if you want to ride the E28 tram from the start.

The area feels a little sketchy. Walked up the street behind the hotel one evening and didn’t make that mistake again. I didn’t feel unsafe, just a little more wary of what was going on around me.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to 2 metro stations, supermarket across the road, small fridge in the room together with a microwave, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery etc. Everything you needed was in the room. Room was very clean and smelling fresh, lots of sockets around the room to plug things in, the room was cleaned daily and bedding changed too, all the staff we came across were lovely and chatted away. The check in process was really easy too, and there was always a member of staff in the building if you called the mobile number someone would attend in no time at all. Beds were very comfy too. You get toiletries and even toothbrushes with small toothpaste in the room so everything is thought of from start to finish. If you’re coming for a city break I would 100% recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again.

The only disappointing thing was, it said in the description to let the hotel know if there was any special occasions you were travelling for and they could arrange a birthday treat for the room. I did message to say we were coming to celebrate my 30th Birthday and got a message back to say it was noted, but to our disappointment there was nothing special arranged. I would have been happy to pay a little extra but that was never given as an option. 😔

The room was spacious and clean with a partially separated living area with a comfy fold out sofa bed and tv. The was a coffee machine with coffee pods, a mini fridge, and standard amenities like fresh towels, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo and shower gel. The bed was really comfortable. There were two balconies with a view of the street below and although it’s a busy street, we didn’t find noise an issue. Our flight was very delayed so we didn’t check in until about midnight, but there was a staff member on reception when we arrived. Staff were friendly. The location was perfect - there was a supermarket right across the street with everything you could need and it’s a short walk to the very city centre. I read comments about the area being dodgy and was worried about this but it really wasn’t an issue for us. It’s a very central location and Lisbon is a big city, so just have your wits about you like in any urban area. If we go to Lisbon again we will definitely stay here!

The building is quite old, and this surprised me a bit when we first arrived as the pictures look more modern. However it wasn’t an issue whatsoever.

Location is really close to all major attractions Lisbon has to offer. It's also near two metro stations - about a 5 minutes walk to either of them. Daily housekeeping was nice. The room, although missing some maintenance and rough around the edges, was sparkly clean. Communication with staff was quick and clear and made everything easy for us. The check-in process was flawless and had clear instructions. The room also had a microwave and fridge, which were very helpful. The room was large enough to accommodate a family of three.

Slight sewage smells noticeable when entering the room. Backyard view is not so great, but it does offer peace and quiet for a good night's rest.

The staff were really kind and helpful. We arrived at the hotel early, 9.00am when checking in is only at 4.00pm. They made the effort to see if a room can be made available. And it really happened. After a tiring 9-hour bus ride to Lisbon from Santiago, the early check in was really required and we had the staff to thank for. The room is surprisingly big with high ceiling. Such a welcome change after staying in small sized room of several hotels in Portugal and Spain during this holiday.

The timber flooring are not solid in the feel and in some areas of the room, protruded nails can be seen and felt - potential injury hazard.

Our stay was perfect. The Family Room was cozy, spacious enough, and well-equipped with everything we needed - including small amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste. It was warm inside, with no humidity, which is especially convenient for Portugal in winter. The room was cleaned daily. The location was excellent, close to the city center, Tram 28, and the metro. There's also a good supermarket just across the street

The Family Room's balcony faces the inner yard, with the opposite building quite close. However, this also made it very quiet, as no street noise could be heard

Very clean hotel, bed was very comfortable as well, toilets clean and brand new. The personal were amazing and very active and they think about everything for you, keeping luggage, toilets clean access after check out… very responsive and joyful.

The floors were a little old and patches everywhere… making sounds… needs renovation, the place was big enough but the kitchen lacked a coffee machine which would’ve been good for morning coffee, and no stove… so it wasn’t a real kitchenette… The location did not feel safe though, in the night, there were a bunch of people in the streets and very suspicious activities around.
