Clean, quiet rooms, large bathroom. The position is perfect because a few minute from any kind of bus or metro. In a mid an hour you may join both the city centre so as the airport

the bathtub is really dangerous because it is difficult to climb out of without slipping. more power outlets would be useful

• Personal was great and very helpful • They have other pillows if the default ones are too firm for you - ask at the reception • Breakfast was not very diverse, but it was tasty one • Mall across the street and one more nearby

• Sound insulation doesn’t exist: you hear all your neighbors, corridor and the street • Everyday a special machine came to collect garbage at around 12pm - combine this info with the one from the previous point • Laundry service was not functioning - it was not mentioned anywhere - got this info, when asked receptionist to ask somebody to collect the laundry

Perfect central location, yet outside the obvious tourist saturated older parts of town. Very close to public transports, in a fairly quiet street (except when the garbage collection truck passed). The bathtub in the bathroom was very much appreciated. The bed provided for a very restful sleep.

The welcoming was a bit awkward (not unfriendly tough) with the people at the reception chuckling at something I said, when I wasn't necessarily trying to be funny. I'll take the positive approach and think that I can be funny even when I am not trying to. But still felt weird.

Very nice accommodations, friendly and helpful staff, great location near where I needed to be for business. Virtually everything nearby, food, shopping, entertainments...etc...

A/C turned on alone every night, so room became quite cold. The breakfast was delicious, but wasn't clear that it was an additional charge at check in and not included in the room cost. Maybe something I misunderstood checking in as well.

Super kind staff, letting me do very early check-in. Excellent wi-fi. Hair conditioner available, wow! Large and clean room. Excellent bed! Good breakfast. Good sound insulation in a noisy part of the city.

Not being able to control air conditioning (but I recognize that the temperature in Lisbon during my stay was well above normal). Slippery bathtube. Not having Eurosport 1 in the TV chanels.

The location is ideal for the purpose of my travel. I love the blinds which make the room completely dark at night. The windows block out most of ten outside noises. Saldanha is a busy area. Several hospitals and the police station cause a high number of sirens by police and ambulances. The metro is in short distance. The room I was given was most spacious and comfortable.

The smell on the corridor was a bit heavy this time. I’m missing the possibility of making a coffee in the morning. Just an option to boil water would be sufficient. In the bathroom, tissues and a mirror are missing.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was quiet and very clean and and the staff kind. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, the A/C works very well, the mattress and the pillows are comfortable . The metro station is close and there are nice restaurants and shops around the area. I definitely recommend it.
