Beds were extremely comfortable and extra long. Great pillows , Housekeeping every day, the room was clean, and had plenty of storage if required. Bathroom was clean , we were provided with toiletries and there plenty of soft towels! Great location for public transport , cafes , restaurants and shops. Staff were very helpful . Breakfast was a very good continental plus 3 hot items. Fruit was different every day and delicious

There was no mirror on the bedroom dressing table. There were no plugs near the long wardrobe mirror so this caused a problem for styling hair with electric items . The room was smaller than expected (they had a floor being renovated ) but still fine for what we needed.

Great location and great breakfast. They were steps from the Metro. They even had urmbrellas to lian out when it rained.

The room faced a construction site.

Everything was clean, breakfast was tasty, rooms are small but comfy.

Stuff in general wasn't very polite and welcoming. There was a small problem for the breakfast table, we were group of 11. And two of us were already sitting at the table for four ppl and they wouldnt let other two form our group to join us but they invited 2 strangers to sit with us and those other 2 ppl from our group they made to sit on the separate table for two. The lady on reception the day we left was the only smiling and polite.

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was good. Descent breakfast. Good facilities like the lift, 24hr reception, etc. Overall the feel and vibe of the hotel is very good. We got the room exactly as shown in the pictures. We had asked for a crib and it was confirmed while booking, which was of great relief for us, especially because few other properties said it will be confirmed only few days prior to the stay.

We felt a bit warm inside the room. Upon checking we came to know the AC is not functional at this time of the year. We felt this should have been conveyed at the time of checkin itself. However, upon complaining about the heat, the staff arranged for a table fan in real quick time, and the problem was solved :) Really appreciate the quick response.

Very good location. Not in the very centre, but with easy access (including easy access to public transport, and an underground station just around the corner). Large park nearby. If not using public transport, you will be walking to the historic part of the city via a green boulevard. Hotel room has a small fridge. Very decent breakfast. Shops and boutiques all the way along the boulevard going towards the historic part of the city. On Saturday whole boulevard hosts stalls from local artists and people selling souvenirs etc.

Room had only two main sockets, and they were on the wall far away from the beds. Not always convenient. I prefer to charge my mobile phone over the night but keeping it at hand.

The location was amazing. Right next to a metro station which was great for getting into central Lisbon. The hotel was clean and comfy and the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely, a huge variety on offer and very tasty. The staff were lovely, all very friendly and very attentive. A little bit of road noise from outside, but to be expected in the middle of a city. No noise heard from anywhere else in the hotel.

Location is exquisite and you are very close to all the action if you want to base yourself in Marques de Pombal. They're just a minute away from the transit station which is very convenient to move around. Getting Uber/Bolt can be quite challenging as most drivers skip this narrow road where the reception exists. Breakfast was good but the same everyday. Room was clean, enough towels provided , elevators can be extremely narrow if you're coming from North America. I guess thats everywhere in Europe.

There's a ton of construction going on around this building at the moment, which can be quite annoying at times but no noise or inconveniece was caused because of this. You have a few Nepali restaurants down the road but doesnt have a lot to offer when it comes to eating options.

The room was comfortable, reception and breakfast staff were friendly. The coffee, pastries, cakes and cups of fruit at breakfast were great. The breakfast room was nice, it got busy but the staff cleared the tables so quickly and kept topping up the food when it ran low. The location was great too, 1 mile from the centre and near a lovely park. The walk to the centre was down a long road with designer shops and I felt safe walking back at night on my own. There were food places near the hotel and 'Honest Greens' is amazing and has a cafe downstairs which is open until late. It was nice and peaceful compared to the centre. The airport is a 30 min metro ride away and the metro station is next to the hotel.

The pillow was a bit soft. You had to pay for the bottle of water. There was construction next door but it didn't start until 8am so that was fine for me. Tea and coffee making facilities would be great.

Great location, next to a metro station and Winter Wonderland (in December). Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very nice and the breakfast is very good too!

In winter time, their heating system is on up to 27 degrees celcius. While it’s 15 outside. It’s centralized and their AC does not work during this time. It was way too hot inside, for people coming from countries that are not as hot at least haha. They did have fans available but still, 27 degrees is way too warm inside a hotel with no way of changing it.

Great location. Newly refurbished room was spacious and well furnished. Great shower.
