Gray location, clean, friendly and helpful staff

Horrible chemical fake scent being blasted non stop in the lobby and circulating the smell similar to axe body spray throughout the hotel.

As a former senior travel agent, I would highly recommend the Turim Lisboa Hotel. As a treat, I upgraded us from a standard room to an executive double room with a Juliet balcony for three nights. The rooms are contemporary, spacious, and immaculately clean. The beds are very comfortable, the shower has great water pressure. The products provided by the hotel are of excellent quality, lovely soft towels, and rooms cleaned every day. The breakfast had a multiple choice of fruits, cheeses, pastries & hot food, these options were stocked up, if requested, with no trouble at all. The Hotel is in the process of an upgrade ( the pool will be open in June) there were no noise disturbances during our trip. The hotel bar was a lovely space to relax in, olives & nuts were provided with drinks, very pleasant staff. The location suited us very well, we walked to the Marques de Pombal in 10 mins. There was a great choice of cafes in the area. The Uber to the Praca do Commercio cost €5,50 approx. There is a Cortes ingles a 10 walk away from the hotel. The large Boulevarde "Avenida da Libberdade with exclusive stores Gucci, Prada, and Louis V are just beyond the roundabout The Marques de Pombal. The public transport makes Lisbon an excellent place to visit for the weekend or longer. There is so much to see & do in this beautiful historical city. Wear comfortable shoes, the footpaths are very uneven & can be difficult for people with mobility issues. The hotel is a wonderful relaxing base to relax in after a long day of exploring. The hotel staff are extremely friendly & are particularly helpful. A shout-out to Ricardo & the other front-of-house staff who were most courteous & always very welcoming. Check out at 12! We will definitely return.

Nothing everythinge was excellent

I had a great stay. Excellent customer service. Clean room, comfortable bed with pillow options. Very good location close to Saldanha, Parque, Picoas, Marques de Pombal.

Breakfast buffet is minimal OK. Coffee at breakfast is very bad. Good coffee from machine available at extra cost. Fried eggs possible at extra cost. Fruit options very limited.

Helpfulness of staff. Clean room. Clear communication of staff.

When we were eating breakfast, a staff member coughed in her hands. She proceeded to go arrange the food at breakfast bar, without washing her hands.

Everything about this hotel was great! The room was beautiful and the perfect size. The Bed is very comfortable and had plenty of pillows that are not too soft. The Shower was a good size and the shower water pressure was great! There were a few extras including free water, tea, and chocolates that provided a great initial impression. Room was very clean and fresh smelling. The Bar and bartenders were great and the piano player added a very romantic, smooth, and comforting vibe to the bar area this is something you don't want to miss. The staff's welcome was very warm, courteous and informational. Ricardo did an amazing job! He was professional and shared a personal touch of experience living in Lisbon, which for 1st time visitors of the city we greatly appreciated. He also did a great job suggesting one of the group tours offered by the hotel, which ended up being fantastic and really contributed to an amazing experience in Lisbon. I absolutely have to mention the initiative and attention to detail that Ricardo displayed by organizing a birthday gift for my wife. I go out of my way to ensure my wife has a heart felt birthday every year. This year Ricardo assisted me, without instruction. This added an element of surprise and truly displayed his A+ Customer Service. We unexpectedly walked into a birthday gift from the TURIM team and we couldn't say thank you enough. Staying at this hotel 100% made our birthday trip amazing. When we come back to Lisbon we don't plan to even think about another location, TURIM Lisboa will always be our #1 choice.

I have nothing to complain about

We had an wonderful experience at Turim Lisboa Hotel. I liked the fine decorated room, the size of it the furniture that is new, and the fact that the cleaning that is done daily. The staff is very polite and helps when u need something. The breakfast is ok, they have a lot of cookies. We also liked the service and drinks from the bar. They also serve some snacks at the bar, very useful when u want to eat something quickly. The hotel is near to the metro station, 5 min of walk, and you can get to any area of Lisbon or to the train station quickly. We will come back for sure at this hotel next time.

The bed size.

Staff is fantastic - kind and helping with everything. The hotel and the room is very quiet and clean. Location is great if you want to reach the center quickly (a direct bus line takes you in 5 mins to the center), but you do not want to be in a noisy fully central location. Also, you can walk in 10 mins to the park where all hop on hop off bus lines start. The breakfast is good, everyone can find what they like.

I stayed with my mom and I would have liked the room more if we could separate fully the 2 beds (I could push the beds only 10-15cm from each other).

Hotel staff was very welcoming, the room was very nice, bed was super comfortable. The location is central to many restaurants, parks.

Very cozy hotel, also kind, friendly and helpful staff. The room had everything you need, a new beautiful bathroom. Thank you for the daily thorough cleaning, snow-white soft towels and very comfortable beds. The hotel is in a good location, opposite 2 supermarkets and a cafe with brunches. Special thanks to the reception for allowing early check-in - it’s very pleasing to see such attentive treatment of guests who have traveled for a long time. Next time in Lisbon - we will definitely stay at this hotel❤️

Location away from the mass tourism of downtown but conveniently located less than 5 minutes away from the nearest metro station. The area has quiet streets with local supermarkets, and an abundance of restaurants from fine dining to takeaways. Also close to parks including the amazing gardens surrounding the Gulbenkian museum. The hotel is not too big so the breakfast buffet with a good variety of fruit and cakes can be enjoyed at leisure. The rooftop bar does have a small swimming pool contrary to the listing information on Booking.com but best feature is the happy hour from 4 until 7 each evening.
