The staff was very kind and always positive to help you Also we had a good view at our room Last the metro station was about 250m far from the hotel which help us to move easily to the center

It only had 2 cables to charge our phone and our watches that was far from the bed .

We booked Turim Alameda thinking it was the hotel we normally stay in when we're in Lisbon, but what a fabulous mistake we made! For a 4 star hotel it really was super good value for money! And even better than the other one we stay at. Upon arrival, the hotel was really clean and modern, staff were friendly and welcoming (we had a lovely chat with them actually), the rooms were luxurious and the bed was soooo comfortable! We used the bar a couple of times for a night cap and there was a nice range of local and well-known brands of beer, wine and spirits. Maceira is a lovely Portuguese brandy! Turim Alameda is in an accessible area of town too, you're only a short walk away from Saldanha or Alameda where there are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants, both areas also have metro stations that go directly to and from the airport as well as the more touristy areas of the city.

The only thing that we didn't like so much was the TVs in the rooms were pretty outdated.

I liked that the reception would anyways greet you every time you would leave or come back. I also liked how the lobby was very clean and often when purists it was hot as soon as you would enter the hotel it would feel very cool and cold. We were a family of 6 so we had 3 twin rooms - two single beds each. The rooms were very close to each other which was good. The air conditioning was good and the windows were very wide so it could open very far. The view was also nice and the beds were often comfortable. The hotel was very close to a lot of shops and the city so that was very reliable and convenient. It was also close to a lot of little local shops if needing to get something.

The housekeeping staff were quite inconsistent with what they would often bring to the rooms. Sometimes they would give us one towel instead of 2. They forgot to give us 2 pillows each. The air conditioning isn’t as strong as it should be. They forgot to replace the bedsheets so we had to sleep in the same ones. This wasn’t great as Portugal is very hot so we had to sleep in the same thing. We did let the reception know. Our tv was very small and didn’t really match the aesthetic of the room. The tv didn’t work very well so couldn’t watch tv. The WIFI would sometimes cut off which can be annoying.

The hotel is super clean and reception area was lovely. The hotel staff also couldn't be anymore helpful with ordering taxis etc for us .

There is a considerable hill up to the hotel, and the air conditioning didn't work very well and room was quite warm.

It's really close to the subway (Alameda), meaning you can easily go anywhere easily. The room is clean and they did change sheets despite me staying for two nights only. There's an electric kettle, so you can make tea or coffee (though it seems it's not often used so the boiled water has a weird taste). It is soundproof, though you can sometimes hear a bit of noise coming from other rooms (mostly the bathroom shower, I suppose). Overall, it is a quiet hotel.

The room is extremely small. There's little space for your luggage. Even the wardrobe is tiny - if you have long coats, you can't properly hang them anywhere. I would not recommend this room if you're planning a long stay as you might get the feeling that it's a bit cramped. Though clean and well-kept, the room looked a bit outdated.

Location is great . Near red and green lines. Nice area with shops and restaurants.

The climb from metro station Alameda to the hotel. It's like climbing a hill. My advice stop at Saldanha metro station which is the next stop. From there it's more or less flat and easy to get with your luggage to the hotel.

Location was good as just outside main tourist areas but handy for metro and plenty of value for money places to eat nearby. Room was comfortable with everything we needed, and it was a bonus having underground parking so we didn’t need to use the car while in Lisbon.

Although the bathroom was an adequate size, a sliding door would have made better use of the space available. Also although we appreciated the underground parking it would not be suitable for larger cars.

Great location - it is only a short walking distance from the train station which will take you to all the major locations. There are plenty of restaurants, bakeries and cafes nearby. Room was very clean, spacious and quiet. There were a few minor issues with our room when we checked in, such as the shower head had disconnected from the wall, and the staff were so quick to fix any issues with no fuss.

Not great water pressure in the shower, it would get cold rather quickly which made it hard to wash your hair.

The room was very clean, was comfortable, there was an electric kettle. There was a bidet in bathroom, which is a nice addition. The location is nice, there are 2 metro stations, one up the hill and one down the hill, approximately 7-10 minutes away each, so easy to go around the city.

The air conditioning was disappointing, couldn't keep the room cold enough, had to keep the window open (thankfully, outside was cool enough in February). My friend in a different room also had a problem with the kettle, as it wasn't connected to an outlet and the only place to plug it in was if you put the tray with the kettle on a little glass shelf, that could barely keep the kettle tray from tipping over. My room had the kettle one the minibar and it was already plugged in, so much easier to use.
