It was great value for money and very comfortable. The air-conditioning was wonderful also. The staff were very friendly and also advised of a great restaurant nearby. I love the free water refills which I used every day before going out. The hairdryer was supplied so I didn't have to bring my own either. It's also really great that even though check in isn't until 3pm, you can drop your luggage off when you arrive and once your room is ready, they put your luggage in there waiting for you. Even though we don't smoke, we used the balcony, it.was lovely sitting out in the evening and looking at the stars.

I didn't really like the frosted glass walls for the bathroom so you could technically see the other person sat on the loo. Also if you go to the loo at night and switch on the light, the whole room lights up. It would have also been helpful to have a mini fridge as there are no facilities for keeping food. There are no seats in the room (only plastic garden chairs on the balcony) so the only place to sit in the room, is on the bed which makes my back ache.

Notice in room lists drinks, coffee, tea , water and indicates on the house however water is not on the house. Very deceiving.

Very clean, cost effective, stuff really helpful. Even allowed us to leave our luggage for several hours after checkout. Quiet neighbourhood

Some building work taking place within the building, but not too much of a bother.

The room was spacious and equipped with a very good mattress and pillows. New air conditioning. Rooms seem to be soundproofed as we haven't heard any neighbors. There are several doors to open to access the room, so it is safe.

The location is more or less central close to the metro station, but the neighborhood is okayish. We haven't walked much there as the taxi alternatives were really affordable. The next two are just minor subjective points. While overall the staff was good, I prefer a more professional attitude during the check in process. No option to have dimmed light in the room, as switching on even only one bedside bra provided still too much light.

The employees were very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and everything was in working order. Good price/quality balance. There were no food facilities in the hotel, but it's easy to find a place to eat nearby or to travel to the city centre. Also a grocery story within 2 walkin minutes and having food in the room is allowed.

Unfortunately the warm water in the shower was unreliable. Staff let me know that this is because they don't have a large water heather for the building. Wasn't to happy about it, but can't complain due to the price. For me not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind when booking.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, the room too. Air conditioner worked great. It was always nice in our room even though outside was very hot.

I do not know if that is a Portugal thing, it is my first time there: they have a coffee Maschine with coffee, creamer, sugar packs and that wooden stab to mix. I find it a bit petty that they charge for that. I mean, it wasn’t too bad and the price list is very visible, so it is not a scam or something like that. I just find it petty to take the time to write that if you use the wood mixing thing you have to pay 8cents. We had the bedroom for 3 people. The „extra bed“ could have been more comfortable. The hotel itself is very safe. However, I would have felt scared to walk around outside in the dark. We only went outside during the day so this wasn’t a concern for us.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The size of the room was sufficient for 3 nights. There was airconditional so the temperature of the room was perfect in the cooler season as well. We could leave the luggage after the check out in the hotel.

There was no frige in the room, so we couldn't buy food for breakfast or dinner. The walls are so thin and we had a very noisy neighbor so we couldn't sleep well one night but after we told the problem to the staff they sold it immediately. The bedspread and the sheet were clean but it was stained so a change would be relevant. The bed size is perfect and generally comfortable but we could feel the spirals in it.

Great location close to airport. Nice balcony with a view. We liked the bed and the bathroom amenities. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Portugalia, one of our fav Portuguese food restaurants is across the road. Staff kept our baggage after our check out so we explore the city as we had a late flight.

We had noisy neighbours in a room next to us who were very loud. Although we told reception, they could have handled it better as they didn't solve the issue.

I spent Christmas there with my boyfriend, as we decided to spend it as tourists in Lisbon, and we totally loved the whole experience, and I am more than happy to explain why. First of all, we easily left the luggage at the reception even before our check in and went to explore the city. As the hotel is situated in its center, it took not a lot of time to access the city sightseeings, so we spent our first day mostly outside. Second of all, when we came back to the hotel, we realized that the room was prepared for us even in advance and the receptionists gave us all the accesses. I totally loved that the reception worked 24h per day and how much welcomed we were overall. To sum up, the room itself exceeded my expectations, as it was more spacious, bright, clean and comfortable than I imagined. The bed was super comfortable, the TV was working perfectly, so we had an opportunity to enjoy an after Christmas movie night, watching the Harry Potter movies. The bathroom was clean and nice, we even had an air conditioner and our own small terrace. At the reception on the 3rd floor we used the coffee machine twice while having our breakfasts. It was nice to have an opportunity to eat somewhere outside the room as well as being able to choose within several coffee flavors which there were at the machine. The hotel also had a breakfast option, but we did not use it. To conclude, for the last minute reservation at booking.com this experience was just perfect, and I hardly could wish anything more than that. Nothing negative to mention

Great location! Walking distance to public transportation. The street felt safe and more of a local spot which is nice but still close enough to get to the tourist locations! We enjoyed using the Nespresso machine (need to provide euro) in the lobby! Shower is a little awkward/small, but didn't bother us really. However, the metal cover leading to the hot tap side of the shower is very hot to the touch so be careful. Some ambulance noise at night, but we were so tired from our busy days that it didn't bother us! The room is small yet clean and fit our needs. The pictures online matched our room. We felt that this hotel was of great value given it's price and amenities. :)
