Shower attachment was loose on the wall and when I pointed this out on check out the staff member said “yes this is a common complaint “ Apology would be a better response !

The room cleanliness was the first thing that came to my mind, and the staff did the cleaning every day. The breakfast also matched the expectations from a 4-star hotel. The neighborhood is the most important thing to mention about the property. It is not inside a street or alley, and metro, bus, and all sorts of taxi services are easily accessible, so commuting is especially easy no matter your age or if you are with family or alone. The entrance of the lobby always smelled good and had proper ventilation, which is necessary especially in a place with hot summers like Lisbon.

One thing that was surprisingly bad was the WiFi. I could not use the internet at the hotel to surf the web, so I had to use my own mobile data during the whole stay. However, I do not know if this was only specific to some of the rooms or if this is true for all of the rooms. I also did not like the tiles in the bathroom with their colors, as they were black but possibly acceptable. It made it too dark since the carpet in the room was also a dark brown color.

The Hotel is very modern and located in an ideal area close to local transport I.e. buses, trains and the metro which meant getting around was very easy. The Buffet breakfast was exceptional, there were a variety of different options each day. The room was spacious and clean.

I visited during the winter - Feb 2025 and it was cold at nights and the duvet wasn’t very warm. Blankets were provided

Very convenient location - easy acess by car coming from out of Lisbon. Just across the street from Campo pequeno where we went to a concert. 100m from Entrecampos metro and rail station which makes it easy to go to other places in Lisbon. Three floor underground parking space so you don't have to leave the car out in the street - and 15€ for parking + EV chrarging on wallbox is a very good deal. Pretty good breakfast to. NOt luxurious, but well equipped and pleasant room with comfy beds and very good sound isolation

Huge rooms and bathrooms for singles at excellent prices. Convenient to metro and some good restaurants in the area. Quite an up market area so safe to walk at night on a main road. It’s designed for travellers. Not with bar, restaurant and lounge areas that would want you to stay in. But plenty of local options to go out. Good breakfast included with fresh food including hot cooked egg options

Excellent breakfast everything you wanted to eat was available. Open from 7am to 10am so plenty of time to get food. The superior room we stayed in was big and comfortable and quiet. Easy access to the old part of town by metro, where all the sights are and local food.

Perfectly located close to train, metro and bus stations. The rooms are very quiet even if it is located next to one of Lisbon’s busiest avenues. Lots of restaurants close by. The staff was very friendly. I didn’t try the breakfast though.

The only minor thing is the fact that there’s a bathtub rather than a shower in the bathroom, which can be a problem for some travelers.

Nice hotel breakfast, clean rooms, polite staff and service. Overall experience is good. Room service options were bit poor, but there are a plenty options to eat out. Nice first visit to Lisbon. Thank you!

There are staff members who are russian and don't speak english. They asked us to speak russian to them from last nae on reservation (we are ukrainians) - big mistake.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful A+ location. I was able to walk almost everywhere

Skip the breakfast. Not worth 15 euro. There are lots of cafes and restaurants all around

Very nice hotel, close to bus, metro and train stops.

The electrical outlet was only on one side of the bed, and the water in the shower drained at a snail's pace. There were a few stops to the city center, which we knew about, but it was a bit annoying.
