We were very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Modern and standard furniture. Nice view. fast elevators. Good breakfast with varied option. Near bus station. The staff were helpful. Very good and easy connection to internet. This hotel deserves one more star. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is not in the most central part of town but it is close to enough bus and metro station. The quality of the material used in breakfast can be improved. The plastic protective cover on the matrass was a bit uncomfortable and annoying.

Good value. Very nice person in the reception. Parking available outside, which in the weekend is free so no need to use the hotel's paid parking during those days.

The bed uncomfortable, mattress felt cheap. Got a room with one of those locked doors connecting to another room, problem was that you could hear everything next door and they were not being particularly loud. A very nasty sewer smell would come from the bathroom once or twice per day, which thankfully went away quickly if opening the windows.

Great, clean and comfy room. We were on the 9th floor so we had a view from the room. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice, including doughnuts and cake! Close to Saldanha metro station and plenty of bus stops to travel around the city easy. The 1st day we walked to the centre and it took 30mins.

There is a kettle with tea (one te bag only!) And no milk? It would be handy to add powdered milk to the tray or small uht milk pods. Also there are no hooks on the wall in the bathroom to hang clothes after you have showered. The lift can be a bit slow too. Otherwise would not hesitate to stay here.

Room was very clean. The staff was amazing. We forgot my phone in the hotel room and only realized it when we were in the train to Sintra, all of our tickets to the palace were on my phone. We called Thamiris at the front desk and she was able to send us the tickets from my phone to my wife's phone. She saved our trip to Sintra and was very helpful during our stay! Room was big, and they had already setup the crib for our baby. We were also able to get a very early check-in to be able to take a nap after our long flight from Canada. The staff was just amazing!

Shower was quite small, so it was a little difficult to wash our daughter while also being in the shower. Location is pretty far from the downtown, about 30 minutes by public transportation or 15 by taxi (9 euros).

Hotel is located about 7 minutes walk from Saldanha metro station (red line). It takes about 30 minutes to get from the hotel to the Rissio station in the center (you must change the line) and about 20 minutes to the airport and Lisbon Oceanarium (direct). The neighbourhood is nice and safe, not too noisy. There is a nice supermarked right next to the hotel and several restaurants and pastry shops nearby. The receptionists were very kind and efficient, they even printed me return plane tickets. We got a room at the 10th floor, so the view was very nice. The water pressure was good. The room was larger than I expected, it had a mini fridge and an electric kettle. It was kept clean, towels were changed upon request. Toiletteries included hard soap and shampoo. All in all it was well worth the price and satisfied our needs.

The breakfast was modest, lacked a bit more variety. There were no salads or raw vegetables at all and fruits were limited, ham and cheese lacked variety. Refills should be more efficient. Otherwise it was nice - three coffee machines with very decent coffee and nice pastries, one day even pastel de nata. The bed had waterproof bed cover that made me and the sheets slide in all directions so I had to remove it to sleep properly. We could not get the elevator in the morning, it was overcrowded and failed to reach the 10th floor. We opted to descend a couple of floors by stairs and then catch it.

We had an unfortunate situation with our booked apartment so we had to change plans in the last minute. Hopefully we found this great hotel. Thanks to late booking and genius level the price was incredibly reasonable. Staff was always helpful and very nice. We rented a car and kept it in underground garage for one night(garage is tight and narrow, but medium-sized sedan was parked with a bit of wiggling. Should be careful though). Car needed some charge, the garage has a charger. Unfortunately our rented car wouldn’t charge with the provided cables(rental car issue), but this was resolved by using a regular power outlet. Many thanks to the staff for help in figuring this out. Hotel’s location is great in all means. It is fairly close to several metro lines, the area is not very busy, so it is easy to use any kind of transportation either metro, taxi or car. We are extremely pleased with our stay, it definitely saved and greatly improved our trip and Lisbon experience. Thank you!

Lovely hotel, excellent price and a really good breakfast with hot & cold choices and excellent coffee machines. Staff very pleasant and helpful, room clean and comfortable with a great shower and toiletries provided. There was a kettle with tea and coffee in the room and a small fridge to keep milk and water cool. Next to the hotel is a small Continente supermarket, a couple of minutes walk to a Pingo Doce and just a few minutes walk a Lidl. Also places to eat nearby. For us it was no problem that the bar does not serve alcohol as we do not drink alcohol. We spent our day walking to and around the beautiful Parque Eduardo VII and Botanical gardens (less than 20 mins walk from hotel) and then browsing local shops. It was nice to see this area of Lisbon. It was a lovely, hot day, but the room aircon works really well and cools fast so we were very comfortable. We would definitely like to stay here again next trip to Lisbon.

It was just an excellent hotel in every way. Can I think of anything to be critical about? No, nothing. The staff were excellent, the room perfect, the breakfast ideal. I think that the one thing I'll remember most is the fruit offered at breakfast. Slices of a large selection of the freshest fruit presented in a most appealing way. My flight was not until late at night and they have reclining chairs for people just like me who need a few hours to rest, but not for an entire night. The staff kept my bags, helped with anything and everything. It was a real pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Nothing at all - absolutely nothing.

Location was very central and near Instituto Tecnico, my main need. I could get my room well before check-in time, as a courtesy. Room was pretty large, even for two; design and quality were fine. Refrigerator is a plus.

Breakfast is mediocre, especially for the price. Salty choice is very limited; drink choice is also small but well suited for me. If you don't need a big (buffet-style) breakfast, you can be better off by buying your own juice in grocery stores and going to a pasteleria in the morning for fresh sandwich or croissant.

The neighbourhood is really nice and quiet. There is a lovely park just minutes away. Breakfast was fine with many options.

The carpet in the room was dated and probably difficult to maintain. Mattresses are also old and pillows are too firm.
