The location was perfect — close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. My bedroom was clean, comfortable, and had everything I could wish for after a long day of exploring. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to relax.

I would have loved to have a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee — it’s always a nice extra touch when you can relax with a hot drink without leaving your bedroom. Hopefully, they can add this in the future!

I emailed several times before my arrival asking some key questions and got no reply:- 1. Tea and coffee facilities on my room this is important I like a drink first thing and if I was told no would have brought a travel jug kettle 2. On arrival I asked again and was told we could get a "Free" coffee in the bar when we had one we were given a bill 3. I am 99% sure I ticked on booking for breakfast everyday was told I had not and we could not even get a drink without paying 10 Euros a day this added another 100 Euro in total to our bill This is a shame as the cleaners and staff were good. My friends want to stay but I told them of the above issues.

This is the second time we stay at this hotel and the staff must be congratulated for their friendly service and for being so attentive. Our room as done daily and it was always spotless every single time. Water pressure was amazing I whish my shower had the same water pressure as they have at the hotel. Location is extremely convenient and I would recommend this stay. Real value for money

Pillow - not really comfortable and too small. Needs to check plumbing work, water does not drain as fast as it should and builds up in the bath.

Location was great. Breakfast was average. The rooms were more to the small side. Initially we requested a double bed and the room was really small, almost claustrophobic. I complained and they offered me a two single beds (put together) room and although still small, it was much better.

There were no facilities in the hotel. Even basic things such as iron and ironing board were not available. One is requested to send clothes in to the laundry for ironing. Room service prices are extremely expensive for a three star hotel. The price of a bottle of water was 5 euros, compared to 1.5 euros bought across the hotel at a petrol station.

Very good customer service at reception. Great location close to the metro and nice neighbourhood. Daily room tidy etc. Good A/C

Super small bathroom with no hooks on the wall. May sound minor but impractical. No bar fridge ... disappointing in a hotel of this class. Breakfast was the usual buffet but why is it so hard for the hot portion of the breakfast I.e. scrambled eggs, bacon to be served at least a few degrees above cold.

I like the accommodations and breakfast. It is noteworthy to say that the staff needs to be better trained to make the stay comfortable. The ONLY PERSON who helped us a lot were RAPHAEL XAVIER, who was always very helpful, pro-active, available, kind. THE HOTEL SHOULD HIRE HIM to train the other staff. The other personal did not care if we had our needs attended or not. We had a baby of 2yo, and I had to face a discussion with the kitchen staff (especially with an old blond woman) who was unable to understand our situation with our baby, and the use of microwave.

I didn't like the way the staff of the hotel were so untouched with our situation. With exception of one person, Raphael Xavier. The receptionists must be more understandable with cases of families with babies and their needs with respect to food, use of microwave. YOU SHOULD INSTALL A MICROWAVE FOR DIRECT USE OF THE GUESTS IN THE MAIN SPACES.

Location was Convenient. It was known to all Taxi Drivers.

Location of Room's is not Convenient and too far from the entry Gate and no help is available to carry Heavy Baggage from Reception to the Room's. No Kettle or Fridge is provisioned in the Room which is available in entire Europe in every Hotel. Room Service is not responsive. For a Vegetarian there is hardly any provision in the Breakfast for a Non Beef / Pork eater no details are mentioned in front of the Non Veg like Sausage and xyz that is it Chicken or Pork or Beef.

This hotel will provide everything you essentially need if you want to use it as a base for exploring Lisabon, either while you are on a vacation or at the business trip. Especially good choice for shorter stayings up to 5-7 days. The best things about the hotel are: -: extremely professional and polite staff. It seems hotel has quite a tradition in hotel business and staff is so efficient and elegant "old school", nowadays very rare to find. This staff could be serving in much luxurious hotel without any flattering. - hotel is very clean - beds are super comfortable. The thing every guest cherish so fondly - lobby was specious and beautiful. I travel a lot so I may say this architect hit the target - rooms looking ar the street (like our) have a privilege to observe canopies of very rare red flowers wild chestnuts in fool blooming. Quite spectacular to enjoy something you cannot see every day.

Lack of at least small fridges are really big disadvantage but having in mind it wasn't included in the offer we have no rights to complain. Just a suggestion since this hotel deserves a little attention.

Great breakfast: I really appreciated being able to choose between soy, oat and almond milk. Very thoughful.

Staff super friendly. Also, I forgot my charger and they found it, saved it and I collect it without any issues. Very organised. It could use an update but honestly, was super clean so I had no issues. And to be fair, the property was under some constructions so it could be looking for the update I mentioned. But the staff was brilliant, I think was Valdemar in the evening and Sandra in the morning. They were super helpful with everything.
