The bed is very comfortable Andre, the late receptionist, is an exceptional credit to your hotel. He is very professional and helpful! Nothing is a problem for him; he knows what real hospitality is and makes the guests welcome!

Some of the staff weren't too friendly or helpful

The room was exceptionally clean, the housekeeping team was welcoming, and the bed provided a good night’s rest.

Although I sent an email requesting that my second guest be allowed to check in and access the room—since he had driven six hours from Spain while I was arriving late at night from the UK—he was refused entry until my arrival. As a result, he was forced to wait in his car for three hours, with the only option being to have dinner and then return to sit in the car. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication.

The room was a good size plenty of wardrobe space a good size bathroom, a excellent breakfast plenty of choice hot and cold food, and bed was very comfortable and very large.

No leisure facility's was informed about sauna and before we travelled it was acceptable, but to read about the swimming pool not usable by a notice in the hotel lift was not a good, and no communication about the pool when booking in, this was one of the main reasons why we booked the hotel for its swimming pool, and location in Lisbon better communication before customers travel would be better PR for hotel.

The TV was decent and allowed for "Smart View" from a mobile/tablet (despite having no internet connection). The beds were comfortable although it wasn't clear when booking what "Double or Twin room" meant (it's a twin room but the beds can be pushed together). The staff on reception seemed to speak English well. Kettle available from reception for a 50 euro cash deposit, returned upon checking out.

The design of the bedroom is a bit weird - the light from the bathroom comes through to the bedroom, so if somebody goes to the bathroom during the night, it might disturb the other person. The TV wasn't connected to the internet for apps if there were any on there. The air conditioning was a bit confusing as the thermostat panel wasn't clear on how to use it.

The convenience of the location of the hotel. It was within a five minute walk to the metro which was really easy and cheap to use. It was also within walking distance to area of town with the old fashioned trams. It took me about 45minutes to walk down their.

I felt breakfast could have been better, there was a fairly good selection but unfortunately not much to my liking.

The place is very tidy and clean, very quiet inside the rooms even though there are planes flying above the hotel's roof. Near the metro station and ISCTE university.

The toiler paper holder was broken, the wifi was not really that fast and some things vere probably blocked as they did not work on the wifi however on my mobile phone's 5g it indeed worked. I would also appreciate some electric kettle and coffee in the room.

The hotel and staff were really nice, they solved my problems promptly and were kind and very practical when perceived a mistake in the bill and noise in the neighbor's apartment. I recommend the hotel.

Unfortunatelly I did not perceived the tourist tax, maybe is a mistake by my side, but I thought that was high if I spend more days, once that is a daily tax. So, maybe this could be better clear at the website and reservation.

I liked my stay in your hotel in general. It was perfect location for me with easy access to the airport, center, down town. My room was a good size with comfortable bed. I liked your provided breakfast very much. Everyone from hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Thank you for your care and attitude to your clients!

There was nothing which I didn't like it.

The room design is balanced with all the furniture (made of high-quality timber). Breakfast is wonderful with plenty of variety of food, drinks, and fruits. Healthy options are also available because you can find salads, honey, cereals, whole grains, extra virgin olive oil, and so on. The food served met the expectations of the well-known Portuguese cuisine and not forget to highlight the professional, humble, kind, and welcoming treatment I received from the restaurant staff in general and from the restaurant head of staff.

When the dinner is not being delivered as a buffet, there is not enough space for the guests, leading them to wait standing until a table is available. This happened not because of the absence of the hotel capacity but because they chose to use not the main restaurant but the smallest one.

The hotel looks nice - foyer and check in area good. Staff very pleasant and helpful. We used the car park and I think it was 16 euros a day. Our room was a good size with nice decor and had a fridge. A few restaurants, supermarkets laudromat etc quite close by. Metro station also very close and we used the train a few times. We felt that we got good value and we ended up ataying an extra night.
