Great location next to the metro and a small park, a nice neighborhood. The apartment was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Also, the building, in general, is in a very good state, everything is clean and tidy.

The room was a little bit too dark, there's not much sunlight coming in. But if you don't expect to stay in the room for the whole day, it's not a big deal. I didn't mind the airplane noises, it's expected from the location so close to the airport. But if you're a light sleeper - choose a different location.

My single room was very well equipped. It was great to have a fridge, coffee maker, kettle & aircon. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom very clean and the wifi was fast. The guesthouse is in the airport flight path and you can hear planes over head. But the insulation is good and the noise is not disruptive. There is no reception or anyone on duty on site. So read the check in instructions carefully! I had a problem finding my room as I did not know the layout & there was an issue with the lift. But I called the WhatsApp number & was immediately assisted. The staff over the phone were very friendly & helpful. Would recommend staying here as it is very convenient for getting to the airport (I used the bus # 783 which goes directly to the airport)

Great place to stay, close enough to airport and very convenient for parking as well. Room was very comfortable and exceeded expectations except that the air-conditioning unit was very noisy; apparently it was due to be repaired. Fortunately the temperatures were bearable so that we did not need to have it on, plus I never have it on while sleeping as it is. Despite regular air traffic due to proximity to the airport, the room was well insulated so that the sounds were not bothersome.

Air conditioning was very noisy. Hope it has indeed been fixed meanwhile!

We were looking for the place to stay with the parking spot. The place is clean with a comfy mattress and good service. We are very active travelers. Hitting the road in morning and coming back late evening. The place was exactly what we were looking for. Located pretty far away from the center of Lisbon. Bus and subway stops are near. Recommended for everyone with the car. We decided to rent the car to have a freedom of time when visiting Sintra, Fatima and Obidos , just to mention few. Yes, of course, you can book the tour from Lisbon, but from our experience it's always limited time to explore the places. Enjoy your stay in Lisbon! We love here!

Le Jardin is conveniently located close to the Lisbon airport. It’s a beautiful property with gardens filled with colorful flowering plants. Access to the property, building and room is highly secure and automated with no human interaction in the check-in process. The building and room are recently remodeled in a tasteful modern motif. The bathroom is large and well appointed with a large shower and quality hardware. The bed is large and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Comfort, furnishings, location were all excellent. The facility is unique, quite wonderful, and we look forward to returning.

We couldn't use the air conditioner, because we were told it had been broken by previous tenants - and could be used only during the extremely hot summer months. This situation was known to Le Jardin in advance, and should have been made known to us before we came. Had we received appropriate prior notification, we might have opted not to stay at Le Jardin. Moreover, no discount was offered to help offset the fact that we hadn't received prior notification. This isn't right!

There is no check in process as such, you receive an email with codes to access the front gate and then pass through a garden setting to get to the front door and inside is a lockbox that contains your room cards, so make sure you have written the codes down or have access to the email. The room I was in had wooden floors and was very warm, the high ceilings give the impression of space. The bed was comfortable with a desk and TV also in the room and a clothing rack to hold luggage and hang up your clothes. The bathroom had an excellent shower with a rainfall type head which was perfect for relaxing and getting ready for bed and a powerful handheld shower head which was fantastic for waking up the following morning. The location is almost directly under the approach path to Lisbon airport (depending which way the wind is blowing), but despite aircraft passing overhead to land at the airport, I was not disturbed and could not hear the aircraft at all, and had a peaceful nights sleep. The location is close to major transport links, Entre Campos train and metro station is a short walk away giving easy access to the Lisbon area or further afield with trains to Faro in the south (Algarve) and Porto in the North passing through Entre Campos station. A very relaxing stay, highly recommended.

The hotel is close to ISCTE where I taught, therefore I chose it for a week. Safe environment, a grocery store in 10 min walk, easy to arrive from the airport.

There is no kitchenette nor a kitchen to share, just an apartment. Noisy if the windows are open (flights). A little too humid (the towels after washing the hair in the evening would not dry till next evening. A bit dark if you need to stay in the room longer.

The owners were so easy to deal with & they were kind enough to allow us an earlier check in, which was so helpful! I also had a few questions while here & they responded quickly & kindly to all. Perfect size & nice amenities worked great for us! Central location to what we wanted to do a since we had such a brief stop in Lisbon. Private, gated compound was safe & it was nice having the car park inside the grounds.

Everything was great!

I liked the bedroom and the bathroom. The shower was great. I thought it was well equipped and close to great restaurants and metro. I really appreciated how calm it was. Even close to the airport, the noise from airplanes was minimal. Communication was great and everything was very well described. The people working at the place were very nice.

The duvet on the bed could be warmer. The bedroom has AC that also works for warm air (and it works very well) but I didn't want to have it on during the night and it gets a bit cold in the winter. I would include an extra or a stronger duvet in the bedrooms during the winter time.
