Great location, close to town center (by car, not by walking) and airport (by car). Spacious and clean room. Friendly staff. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Less touristy, lots of locals live there. There is a shopping mall a few minutes (on foot) away. There is a restaurant next door (20 feet) and a bakery across the street (40 feet).

There was no coffeemaker or coffee in the room or in the lobby, in contrast to some hotels that offer both and a hot cookie on arrival. The ceiling in the bathroom does not have good sound insulation, so when the guest upstairs flushes, it can be quite loud.

The hotel is in the heart of a residential heart of Lisbon, with good links into the city centre and some good local facilities. The nearest metro line is 4 minutes walk, and there is a small mall nearby to grab simple food or supplies should you need. The hotel is good, with underground parking should you need it, it's more of a business hotel than a resort hotel, but this suited my needs well

The hotel looks like it is has been around a while, the bathrooms could do with a refresh, and lighting is a bit dull in the rooms. Overall, not the freshest of hotels, but sufficient to base a stay in Lisbon

Very calm and cosy. There’s this worker at the reception I did not ask for his name who was very gentle and polite at my first day checking in. (For the hotel reference if it will give him points, his brother married a lady from my Country (Angola) Thank u, Sir).

The lady at the reception was not friendly at all. When I called from my room to requested an extension to my stay she said in a rude tone and without checking for availability that there wasn’t any more rooms available. What she didn’t expect was me booking it online (booking.com) where there was plenty rooms available and went downstairs to pay for it . Her co-worker promptly told me there is rooms and accepted the payment and gave me the key. She stood there embarrassed looking at me. (Ps: not the Brazilian girl, she is Portuguese).

Breakfast was really good, selection was very varied. Hotel was quite central, metro station is close. Up the road there is the campo pequeno bullring a shopping complex offering different restaurants and shops.

The room was really stuffy so we turned on the air conditioning but only hot air was coming out so we had to leave the window open all the time day and night. when we inquired at reception they told us that they were sorry but their system works that in the winter the air conditioner releases warm air throughout the hotel and in the summer it is set on cold. Since we were on the 10th floor it was even hotter.

Efficient and welcoming check-in, good sized rooms that were clean and presentable. Close to public transport options to get around.

Not enough power points that were easily accessible for plugging in devices. Two of the three rooms we had booked had been updated and the third room was older. There was a male receptionist who, while helpful, was never very welcoming. The mannequins in the reception and lounge area aren't aesthetic and something more tasteful should be there.

Few minutes walk to the metro station and from there few stations to the city center. Possible to park under the hotel for 12 EUR per day - enough parking places. Comfortable beds. Non-stop reception. Local breakfast places close to the hotel.

One evening when we came late, the garage door was already closed and we had to go to the reception to get in. It was not possible to reach them remotely.

The room, specially the comfort of the bed The location, it is in a walking distance from metro stations, train station, ElCorte Inglês, many coffee shops and restaurants. Just perfect

The lighting in the room could be a bit strong since I was working from my room.

It’s on perfect location. Couple of shopping malls and metro stations on just walking distance. Very convenient place to stay.

Breakfast!! Awful breakfast didn’t enjoy at all. First day, waited for beans to arrive for half an hour. Second day, asked for omelet nd it’s comes as scrambled egg with big chunks of tomatoes. Third day, there isn’t any bread when being asked the staff told us sorry it’s finished 😒. For next couple of days we just gave up and went out for breakfast.😒😒

Hotel 3K Barcelona is good, I had feeling as 20 yeas ago, very classical, a lot of space in room and bathroom, all amenities. There were great breakfast! The staff is enough friendly and helpful. Thank you guys!

Everywhere on reception, in corridors and in rooms there was unpleasant smell that irritated my nose. I needed to keep window opening:(

Cleanliness - room excellent clean every day , professional and good job of staff Breakfast - good breakfast included in room price , very good service during breakfast time ( very good service of serving staffs ) Location - very close to metro station and bus stops , many shops and restaurant around

I would like to see more smiles on faces of staffs especially serving breakfast staffs :)- I would like to give advise for management : 2 or 3 staffs during the breakfast its quiet not enough , your staffs has to work as robots , running around all time , it is maybe time to add some more staff and maybe after staffs has more time to smile ?!
