- Beds very comfortable - shower excellent and powerful - coffee machine and safe in the room - dressing gowns provided in rooms. - mini fridge provided
- no iron provided in room and an iron wasn’t available at reception. Literally every person staying at a hotel will have their clothes in a bag, the clothes get creased and need ironed. An iron should be a basic provision in any hotel. Really disappointed this wasn’t provided. An iron should be a basic provision ahead of dressing gowns and slippers. - sound proofing between rooms is not the best. - only 2 coffee pods provided for the coffee machine in the room on initial day (1 was decaf) meaning there wasn’t enough coffee for a couple to have a single coffee each on the first morning. More should be provided as standard.

Great location, great staff, very clean. Great natural light. A beautiful outdoor seating area beside the restaurant on the 5th floor. Close to a grocery store so can get any essentials.
My sink and tub didn’t drain properly so that was annoying throughout the trip. I was charged double tax because booking thought it was a couple rather than a solo traveller. The breakfast is 30 euros for a buffet; really not worth it when close to the hotel there are amazing options for half the price. The fridge in the room was also very small and filled with for sale items so using it for leftovers and water was difficult.

The hotel has two metro stops quite close by (Parque and Picoas) which made the location quite convenient for us. The room was modern and clean. We were greeted with some complementary pastel de natas and bottled water which were waiting for us in the room which was a nice welcome after our flight. The staff were all helpful and kind. The breakfast was nice however options were a bit limited!
The lifts were quite slow and sometimes when there are a lot of people waiting to go to their rooms it may take a while to get to where you want to go. The breakfast can use some variety. The other thing was that the shower drain started to clog after 2 days. Also, it would have been great if the hotel had a gym.

The hotel is a little outside of the town center, but is well serviced by several nearby train stations (5-7 min walk). You can also take a Bolt for 5-6 euros tops to get to the center of town. There are a few excellent brunch, coffee, and restaurant places nearby, a big El Corte Ingles if you need something in a hurry (we had to buy umbrellas because we left ours at home!), and a couple of grocery stores to pick up breakfast, fresh fruits, or snacks. The hotel itself is super elegant, the staff friendly, and the rooms clean and spacious. The beds are fine (I've seen better and worse), there's a safe, plenty of space to store clothes and luggage, a small fridge (could be a little bigger), and a large bathtub.
Just the location on a hill (all of Lisbon is on hills, though!) and not super close to any train station or to the center of town. But you get all the other perks if you're willing to sacrifice this.

We worked with an amazing travel planner named Sadie who was given us a wonderful range of great places to stay and great experiences. This hotel was just one example of her great recommendations. I loved the design and decor of the hotel. The rooms were absolutely perfect. They were spacious and the decor was aesthetically very pleasing. Everything was in perfect shape and the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a very large tub. I should also add that David at the front desk was extremely helpful and we used his advice many times. All the other staff members were super nice and helpful as well.
Everything was perfect!

Great hotel and excellent and very helpful staff. They coped wonderfully well with the total wipeout of electricity in Lisbon, Portugal and Spain on our first day of our holiday, 28th April 2025. It was off for 9.5 hours and yet the wonderful staff made the best of an awful Portugal-wide electricity failure in trying their very best to help hotel guests, including taking heavy suitcases up 4 flights of steep steps (no lifts working) and remaining cheerful throughout. Thank you. During our 6 day stay the other hotel staff were very helpful and unfailingly cheerful, from the staff in the Restaurent to the wonderful cleaners who kept the hotel spotless. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a great place to stay.
Nothing. I liked All of the above plus the excellent quality of the breakfasts in the hotel. Good variety of food and kept fresh all morning. (Be aware that it has a small, very good breakfast area but it does not have an evening restaurant. But there are many very good restaurants within a short distance of the Hotel). It is close to two metro train lines and within easy travel of most main sites in Lisbon. Even further places are easy to reach via the amazingly cheap Lisbon taxis. Lisbon is a beautiful city full of Art and other Museums, lots of interesting areas, great food, and friendly people. Good place for a City break.

Great hotel with great service , very good staff and friendly people.they upgraded our room to a bigger room . First day they britpastel de nata for us . Room was very clean , bed mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and different every day. Many different cheeses and portugués food was served.roof top bar had a great view and we enjoyed sitting there. Location a little far from doybut close to different metro line and bus station,so you could go easily every where. Aldi and pingo doce near the hotel and if you want to buy something very close . We also ate dinner in hotel restaurant and the food was great If I travel again to Lisbon for sure I will stay here again

My experience at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met; their attentiveness and warmth truly set a new standard for hospitality. The location of the hotel was superb, perfectly situated to allow easy access to local attractions, dining, and entertainment, adding to the overall convenience of my stay. One of the highlights of my mornings was the breakfast, which featured an impressive array of offerings that could only be described as culinary masterpieces. Each dish was crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients that not only tantalized the taste buds but also provided a delightful start to the day. Furthermore, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. It was evident that great care was taken in maintaining a pristine environment, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The meticulous attention to detail in housekeeping practices ensured that every corner was spotless, making this establishment the cleanest hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. It was an incredibly refreshing experience!

Good location, very decent, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was very nice at the front desk. Super friendly and always willing to help.
Breakfast too expensive. Sometimes hard to communicate with housekeeping lady due to language barrier. I would appreciate if the hotel offered a bottle of water on a daily basis instead of the having their guest bring it for 3 euros from the bar. After all it would cost the hotel nothing to put a small bottle of water in the rooms daily and it would be a really nice touch.

The location of the hotel was quite convenient. There were several charming cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance, approximately three minutes. I was also pleased to find a very modern and stylish fitness center nearby that offered one-day entry, located just a two-minute walk away. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Every day, it appeared as if I had just checked in, thanks to the thorough cleaning service. I believe leaving a small gratuity each day may have contributed to this excellent service. I made use of the coffee machine provided in the room. The coffee was of good quality. However, I noticed that only one caffeine capsule and one decaffeinated capsule were provided. It would have been ideal if two capsules of each type were provided. The air conditioning system functioned effectively and was both modern and quiet. I was also impressed by the spacious bathtub, which was large enough to accommodate even a person of my size. The view from my room on the sixth floor was quite pleasant, offering a cityscape with ample natural light. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
The towels were likely cleaned with vinegar, which was an unfamiliar scent to me, but it was not an unpleasant experience. Fresh towels were provided daily, and they were clean, although they were not as fluffy as I have experienced in other hotels. However, a fluffy bathrobe was provided, which was a nice touch, although it was slightly small for me as a tall individual. A mattress topper made of memory foam or latex foam would have further enhanced the sleeping experience, but I was able to sleep comfortably each night.
