Location is very central. Hotel clean and modern Staff friendly. Decent breakfast including croissants, pancakes, bread rolls, ham, cheese, tomato, jams, honey etc, scrambled egg, fruit salad and fruit juices. Don't expect full English. Large comfortable bed. Great view from balcony Shower hot and powerful at all times

The air conditioner only worked on heat and we were unable to change that which made sleeping in a hot room very unpleasant

I usually avoid smaller hotels, but this place is wonderful. I’m not the best at getting sleep when I’m away, but the room was so comfortable and isolated from noise that I slept better than at home! Very modern and recently decorated, the rooms are compact, but they don’t feel cramped. Excellent walk-in shower and sink area behind a semi-frosted glass wall (this can be a negative, if you want total privacy!). The staff were lovely - helpful, welcoming, friendly and trying to do their very best for you. The location is one of the best - just a couple of blocks from the water front, Praça do Comércio and many other major tourist destinations. If you like eggs, cheese, bread, pastries, cake, fruit and granola, you’ll enjoy the breakfast (I did).

All very modern with lovely details of decor throughout the hotel! Our room was really nice and had a great little balcony and view down on to one of the busy tourist streets but wasn’t at all noisy! Breakfast was yummy as well! Brilliant location to be based to explore the city! Staff were all super lovely and helpful!

There’s limited communal space e.g. just a little couch area in the breakfast room but when staying to explore the city then you don’t need it! Only instant coffee available in the room but nespresso coffee available in the breakfast room throughout the day! Would definitely stay here again!

It was a pleasant surprise and excellent pick. The location is great, directly behind the Rua Augusta and only a few minutes' walk from the Arco Rua Augusta and Praça do Comércio, Lisbon's vast, harbor-facing plaza. You can also walk to several tourist attractions. It is also a 5-minute walk from the subway station (Metro Baixa-Chiado). The decor is lovely, the staff is helpful, and there is a delicious breakfast. I really enjoyed this hotel. I was traveling throughout Portugal, and we were supposed to return to Lisbon in our final two days. I canceled my reservation in another hotel to stay in Ferraria XVI FLH Hotels again.

Everything was great

Amazing stay! Excellent location, right in the city centre and a stone's throwaway from the Metro....loads of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops on the doorstep but equally still nice snd relaxed and chilled. Tram also stops right round the corner. Room was incredible, lovely shower and real comfy beds. Lots of facilities, and a personalised note with chocolates to greet us on arrival. Breakfast was simple but still really good, and each and every staff member we came into contact with was warm and friendly and couldn't do enough for us!

There isn't a bar in the hotel unfortunately, and the earliest breakfast time is 8am which isn't ideal for an early flight home.

Excellent location, walking distance to all the main attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Modern room and really good shower. Breakfast was good although not much variety but fine for 2 days.

When I booked I requested a quiet room (months ago) and was put next to the lift so could hear the lift and people coming in and out of it. Had to leave at 7am to get to the airport and asked if we could have an early breakfast (or a takeout breakfast) but that wasn't possible. Bed needs replacement as it creaked every time you moved.

Great location, cool design, very comfortable rooms (and surprisingly quiet despite overlooking a busy street), really helpful and welcoming staff, and a great breakfast. On our last morning, although we had to leave for the airport before the breakfast started, the staff provided coffee and cake for us before we left. Would highly recommend and stay again!

It's a minor thing, but if you're traveling with a friend, the bathrooms are not super-private (there was only a glass wall, opaque in the middle but transparent at the top and bottom, between the bathroom and the bedroom).

The hotel is very well located to see everything in the city whether walking or by bus/tram. The room was well appointed and spacious enough for a city hotel. The breakfast was very good with the best gluten free rolls I have tasted in a long time. The staff were always welcoming and helpful letting us have an early breakfast when we were due out before the service started. Nice touch to have tea and cake available in the afternoon.

Only one thing that meant I haven’t given a stellar 10 score was they just forgot to service our room one day.
