Location is very central. Hotel clean and modern Staff friendly. Decent breakfast including croissants, pancakes, bread rolls, ham, cheese, tomato, jams, honey etc, scrambled egg, fruit salad and fruit juices. Don't expect full English. Large comfortable bed. Great view from balcony Shower hot and powerful at all times

The air conditioner only worked on heat and we were unable to change that which made sleeping in a hot room very unpleasant

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and what truly stood out was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived Fernando went extra mile and managed to checked us in earlier than the regular time. Nice gustier at the room with a welcome letter and bottle of wine. Everyone at the front desk were efficient and friendly, Matrta was always spreading her positive energy in the hotel with a smile and helpful recommendations. Good quality and nice selection at the breakfast, coffee and deserts all over the day for the guests. Housekeeping kept everything spotless. It’s clear the staff here take real pride in their work and genuinely care about guest satisfaction. We will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a comfortable stay, but truly outstanding hospitality.

I usually avoid smaller hotels, but this place is wonderful. I’m not the best at getting sleep when I’m away, but the room was so comfortable and isolated from noise that I slept better than at home! Very modern and recently decorated, the rooms are compact, but they don’t feel cramped. Excellent walk-in shower and sink area behind a semi-frosted glass wall (this can be a negative, if you want total privacy!). The staff were lovely - helpful, welcoming, friendly and trying to do their very best for you. The location is one of the best - just a couple of blocks from the water front, Praça do Comércio and many other major tourist destinations. If you like eggs, cheese, bread, pastries, cake, fruit and granola, you’ll enjoy the breakfast (I did).

We didn’t find anything to dislike

The location is in a centrally located area, close to the main sites of interests and shopping. it is also close to a metro stop, which made getting to the airport and/or large train station to connect to Porto easy. There are quite a few restaurants and coffee shops as well. The breakfast was a small buffet but all the food prepared was good, they elected to have quality options vs quantity. The staff was accommodating and nice. My room was not ready because I arrived hours before check in, but they held my bag, offered me tea/snack in the breakfast room and told me were the rest room is, if I needed it. My room was a good size with a balcony but I didn't get to enjoy it much on this short trip.

All very modern with lovely details of decor throughout the hotel! Our room was really nice and had a great little balcony and view down on to one of the busy tourist streets but wasn’t at all noisy! Breakfast was yummy as well! Brilliant location to be based to explore the city! Staff were all super lovely and helpful!

There’s limited communal space e.g. just a little couch area in the breakfast room but when staying to explore the city then you don’t need it! Only instant coffee available in the room but nespresso coffee available in the breakfast room throughout the day! Would definitely stay here again!

It was a pleasant surprise and excellent pick. The location is great, directly behind the Rua Augusta and only a few minutes' walk from the Arco Rua Augusta and Praça do Comércio, Lisbon's vast, harbor-facing plaza. You can also walk to several tourist attractions. It is also a 5-minute walk from the subway station (Metro Baixa-Chiado). The decor is lovely, the staff is helpful, and there is a delicious breakfast. I really enjoyed this hotel. I was traveling throughout Portugal, and we were supposed to return to Lisbon in our final two days. I canceled my reservation in another hotel to stay in Ferraria XVI FLH Hotels again.

Everything was great

Nice and modern, great location. Super central. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. Special touches for a big birthday as well. We had a terrace room that was lovely to sit out in the evenings. Breakfast was good, we only had it once. Small selection but good to start the day. Also nice that the room was available throughout the day for water/coffee and cake in the afternoon. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing really, the only super minor quibble was that the air con wasn’t great.

Amazing stay! Excellent location, right in the city centre and a stone's throwaway from the Metro....loads of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops on the doorstep but equally still nice snd relaxed and chilled. Tram also stops right round the corner. Room was incredible, lovely shower and real comfy beds. Lots of facilities, and a personalised note with chocolates to greet us on arrival. Breakfast was simple but still really good, and each and every staff member we came into contact with was warm and friendly and couldn't do enough for us!

There isn't a bar in the hotel unfortunately, and the earliest breakfast time is 8am which isn't ideal for an early flight home.
