The closing time of the complexes (sauna+hammam) I find that closing the use at 8 p.m. is too early for tourists who take advantage of the day to visit Lisbon too.

A really comfortable, and relaxed atmosphere and extremely friendly and accomodating owners and staff. It is a bit far from the centre, but uber-service makes it cheap and easy to get to Lisabon centre. The local area has got some fine restaurants and efficient supermarkets.

rooms were a bit simple, with no coffee machine but, we really weren’t there for the rooms. 😜. sadly we were there a little ‘off season ’ so there were not many guests, but we had a blast with the guest that were there and the staff couldn’t have been nicer!

Great hosts, rooms comfy, coloured LED mood lighting, chilled pool settings, great sauna, steam, spa, pool and bar.

Breakfast starts at 9am, so if you wake early and hungry, there's cafe option approx 12-minute walk.

It was nice to spend the afternoon by the pool and using the facilities such as the sauna with many external guests that can purchase an afternoon pass to enjoy the pool, jacuzzi and the sauna.

First of all, being in a gay oriented hotel, and managed by gay owners, we haven’t felt very welcomed, not because of the fact that we were gay but because they are not fully competent in managing a gay resort. The rooms were very simple for the price we payed, the cleaning of the room occurs only every other 3 day. Concerning the price we paid, we were expecting a better service such as better view, a good television and mini bar. Unfortunately, for 220 euros per night, we were expecting a daily cleaning service everyday and also a better breakfast. Moreover, despite the 220 euros per night which were booked 4 months in advance l, the breakfast has a very limited choice, including only slices of cheese, boiled eggs (only one day they were scrumbled), jam, bread, croissant and local Portuguese pastries. Local people were coming enjoying the pool and the sauna paying 20’euros per entrance and we felt sometimes uncomfortable because, we had the feeling that the local people were coming just to stair the tourist and the guests of the hotel. There is a no regular connected transportation with Lisbon. The only service was offered by one of the owner and it was a familiar shuttle service leaving the hotel at 9:00 PM for Lisbon and coming back at 1:00 AM to the hotel. Finally, when we paid the bill (880 euros for 4 days), the owners were very cold and not at all warming as a proper host should be when their guests are leaving. It is not what do you expect in a such context (a gay friendly resort). The most upsetting part was that we met one of the owner again later in the night outside the hotel and he told us would have had been better to directly book the hotel room via their website because this would have allowed us to save more money. Indeed, he told us that for the price of 5 nights in their website is 760 euros for 5 nights. But through booking.
