It was a nice hotel for my one night stay, in a bit retro style. The room was nice, had a tv, air condition and a small fridge. The location was perfect, i could see the ocean from one of my windows and it is located almost in the pedestrian zone with just a few minutes walk to the beach. The breakfast was very good and varied. Guilherme the receptionist is a great great guy willing to help anytime.

The shower could be cleaned a bit more to remove black spots. The bed sheets also had different spots and because they are white it was pretty much visible. But these are minor flaws, apart from that, everything was fine.

Nice hotel with great location near the beach. I told them I was coeliac and needed gluten free food and they organised an impressive breakfast with bread, cereal and muffins all in closed packaging for extra reassurance and even brought slices of cheese and ham from the kitchen to avoid contamination! Very impressed for a Portuguese hotel

Room was ok but looked old and used with some broken bits in the bathroom door, also the shower was quite small. I would stay again anyway. It would also be nice to have a gluten free toaster for your coeliac guests that is locked to only be used with gluten free bread.

Hassane was so helpful to me! He allowed me to check in a little early because I was stuck between hotel reservations. He called me by name, and offered recommendations on the area. When I was leaving, he offered to call a car, and brought me a bottle of water for the ride. I felt that I was given excellent and personalized attention. The hotel also serves a beautiful complementary breakfast. The nicest that I’ve run into in some time. The staff is excellent. The place was immaculate. The location is unbeatable. What else does one need?

We had an excellent experience during our trip, thanks to the extremely helpful staff, good breakfasts, and wonderful location. The hotel offered great value for the price, situated in a charming neighborhood that enhanced our stay. The room was quite suitable for two people—clean, cozy, and comfortable—providing everything we needed for a successful trip.

ALL the staff in the hotel were exceptionally nice and friendly. Breakfast was good plenty of choice and great to see it had good times for breakfast. Room was good nice ensuite with air con in the room. There was also a fridge to be able to leave medications or cold drinks.

It is not seen often in EU countries but would love to see a kettle and facilities for making drinks especially with late arrivals

I loved the location😍😍😍, the staff are really friends, Dona Sônia, só sweet and very caring. The receptionist (the one with pony tail, sorry forgot the name) very sweet, funny and full of great energy. Definitely, I'll come back and recommend to others. It's close to shops and restaurants.

I had stomach pains after breakfast. I don't know if it's because my stomach isn't used to Portuguese products anymore. Oh I taking it would be great if we had water or coffee in the rooms. However, I don't know if that depends on the room you're in.

Our little balcony was nice! We sat out one night and had pizza and beer, then we went for a walk along the shore to see all the sights! For a place so close to the ocean, it was surprisingly quiet! With the promenade so close, there was lots to see and plenty of restaurants within walking distance, even a couple of grocers!

Seems trivial, but there were no tissues in the room and no spare roll of toilet paper on the first night.

My bed was larger than advertised, that was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was a nice spread, the bread was fresh and delicious. property was in a fantastic location, near the beach and restaurants. Front desk attendant was helpful and friendly. Bonus refrigerator in the room.

Light wiring above the mirror was a live wire. I forgot to report.

Service was excellent and personnel were very helpful. They even provided gluten free breakfast when asked in advance. Hotel is small and cozy. Location is superb, close to both sea, supermarket and restaurants.

Apartment was very clean, but the bathroom had a moldy smell, which is understandable in an old house near sea.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast with a lot of choice. Small but clean room. Great location, very close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and easily reachable by public transportation.
