We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation with my boyfriend. The place was exactly as described, with many convenient amenities that made our stay comfortable. The place was also very clean and tidy, with spotless bed linens and towels. The host was thoughtful and provided beach accessories such as bodyboards, sunshades, and a yoga mat, which were really useful. They were very flexible with our check-out time, which we appreciated a lot. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing experience.

A week is enough time to appreciate the peace, cleanliness of the place and the host. All was good and easy. Appreciated, including the recommendations on where to get some good local food. Next corner you will find places to grab a good coffee and a bite, or a restaurant, or a supermarket. Street is normally quiet, but there is a loud community of barking house-dogs in the neighbourhood; it happens them being loud and possibly lonely. :)

This is the most amazing place I have ever stayed at in my life. The house is very calm, silent, clean, full of light and living nature. The hosts are the kindest people and accommodating every need you have and even more. They really put their heart into this house and the outcome is amazing, thank you for doing so and I will be back for sure.

Quiet and clean guesthouse with everything you need for a great stay. 10-15mim walk to get to the beach which was perfect. Pedro was a wonderful host. Super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time in Caparica.

Pedro and his sister are the most welcoming hosts you can imagine. They made our vacation in Lisboa and at the beach an amazing experience. Very supportive, even for the smallest thing they care a lot. The guesthouse is well located, perfectly to walk to the beach and good Uber connection to other cities. The house is beautifully decorated, we slept very well and felt like we were at home! Would definitely recommend and they even exceeded our expectations. 11/10

Everything was amazing. Great place not far from beaches, shops and restaurants. Beautiful room for sleeping, nice big kitchen with all you need. You can use spices and other stuff left by previous room mates. Great place to stay 😁

I loved my stay at Green Element! Pedro, the host, was super friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and I had a great nights sleep. (Perhaps due to the plants?!) There is a full kitchen with everything you could need and a dining room. There are 2 toilets and 3 showers. The 3 showers are in the one room but you can lock the door if you don't fancy showering alongside someone else. It was a great location, 10-15min walk to the beach. I would love to stay here again. As always with shared accommodation however, you are relying on the other guests being respectful and tidy...

The rooms do not have aircon, however we just kept our windows open at night which kept the room quite cool.

If we could give 100 stars we would! we loved so much staying here, it is the cleanest and most welcoming hostel that we stayed at on our trip around the region. Pedro and Ines are wonderful hosts, the breakfasts were so generous and set us up well for the day (well worth the investment, we recommend the local bolina bread rolls). the plants and information are a lovely touch. we wanted to make a difference staying somewhere with a conscience - we feel like we found it here. the location is great. everything is great. cannot recommend this more.

We had an amazing time at Costa da Caprica while staying at the Green Element Guesthouse. The hosts were amazing and super helpful. We arrived earlier and were able to store our luggage at the guesthouse while exploring the beach before our official check in time. Pedro was super helpful connecting us with a surfing teacher and making sure that we had a cab waiting for us in the early morning so we would make it to the airport in time. Thank you for a great experience, we fell in love with Costa da Caprica and will definitely return. Highly recommend! :)
