the floor was little bit dirty(from sand), missing broom

The apartment is a credit to the owners who renovated it. The master bed was firm, the shower pressure and heat were great, kitchen has all the items you need. It appears the owners have taken the feedback as there are heaters, spare blankets, lots of kitchen utensils etc. The location to the beach and parking in the building are also great.

Some of the doors have a locking system on the back that seem to work without applying it, therefore you need to be careful not to lock yourself out of a room (thanks Leo for the help) and recommend just leaving the door slightly open.

Convenience

The bathroom shower had a little mold

the apartment was really nice very clean very comfortable bed it has 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms nice showers very updated kitchen with everything you need lots dishes

nothing maybe they should get a few wine glasses and maybe one more set of towels rest everything perfect

Location was good.It felt like a nice safe clean area.My brother lives nearby and he was allowed to collect the key.The property had a nice balcony.

A little more kitchen equipment would be good. For example a chopping board a cheese grater and a wooden spoon.

Great quiet location with easy access to the beach restaurants and town, garage very useful with a car.

Could do with a few more kitchen utensils, but that’s it.

The heating of the apartment was poor

The owner was available to sort the problems

Residence door not functional; I had to enter through the garage door. The neighborhood and neighbors are very loud and the soundproofing inexistant. Some furniture are broken and door knobs malfunction.
