clean, comfortable, small room and #102 has lovely garden view. easy to find taxis. immediate Neighborhood has a pharmacy, bottle shop, and many pastry and local cafes. McDonald 15 steps away. lovely park to walk or jog in right outside your door. the location is excellent. And a big bonus: the famous Jeronimos is only a short walk away. the ‘proprietor?’ was really helpful when I called before arriving with questions.

There are 2 flights of creaky wooden stairs, so difficult if you have a lot of luggage or a heavy suitcase and late night returnees woke me up at 2 am twice. perhaps posting a sign asking late night returnees to be quiet would help.

Great location. This stay was towards the end of our vacation. It was nice to be staying outside the hustle and bustle of old town district and it was a pleasant 5Km walk into that area along the river. The hotel close to river and other beautiful parkland. Lots to do in local area and .most importantly close to Pasteis de Belem...so we could get there early and avoid the queue

The location is great, the view onto the park quite nice. The city noise is in the background, and one can get around on foot. Several restaurants just outside the door. Room simple but clean, nice shower with good water pressure and temperature.

The mattress protection is very plastic and crinkles when one moves. Not so great for sensitive sleepers... For someone with more luggage I would recommend the lower floor, the stairs are steep and very narrow.

Location is a plus, near major sites and museums. The room is right across the street from Pasteis de Belem but go early before the queues! The room was compact but the beds and pillows were good. You can open the windows for fresh air and a breeze, otherwise you'll need the aircon to keep the room temp ok.

We had to carry all the luggage up 3 levels of a narrow staircase, so check ahead which floor you're getting. For the price a few extra touches like complimentary water in Summer and checking that the hand-wash dispenser is full would be a positive improvement.

Excellent location for Belem, and many restaurants right outside the front of the Suites. Well appointed room. Surprisingly quiet, given the proximity to restaurants, though it is winter. Could well be different in the height of summer.

It would have been nice to have double power adapters by the bed for charging of phones.

Clean, compact, comfortable room and bathroom, very close walking distance to river front and local sights. Soundproofing good. Restaurants right there too. Great place to stay in Lisbon a bit away from crowds in centre, but close to local sights

The room was nice, with a coffee machine and save, The bathroom was small, but functional.

There is a steep staircase to get to the rooms and it was difficult to get upstairs with a suitcase. Also there was condensation on the windows in the morning and you could see signs of humidity on the walls around the windows.

Location is excellent. Room is extremely small, but adequate. Very clean.

Stairs are narrow and a bit scary with luggage. No breakfast or restaurant. Not a big deal as there are plenty of cafes and restaurants around. But, for the price, it’s the bare minimum.

Medium small rooms but clean, save and close to the main tourist places in belem. Close to train and tram stops. Helpfull staff. Many restaurants in the area. We had a room with view park and river.

Very stylish, neat and clean apartments. Excellent location from a tourist point of view. There is everything you need. We really really enjoyed it here!

The apartments are located right above McDonald's. And this is the main disadvantage. The view from the window is not so much on the garden as on the McDonald's terrace - this is an insignificant minus. But loud noise and screams under the windows until late at night, which cannot be eliminated even if the windows are tightly closed - this makes it very difficult to relax. Well, the second drawback, it seems to me, is a bit overpriced, despite the fact that the apartments are really very good.
