Very good place and very friendly staff! Clean and safe! I would recommend it for a few days stay also because it is very well located close to public transport. The bed was comfortable and the the room was bright! Overall it was a pleasant stay and a good price for the amenities offered

The guest house is located on the second floor without elevator and no concierge to help with the luggage. So, pack accordingly or be prepared. The reception does not work normal hours so in case you need sth you need to contact a WhatsApp number. The payment was only accepted in cash which was communicated on time but still is quite inconvenient to carry so much cash The rooms are quite noisy as there is no soundproofing in the corridors and there was a shared bathroom and the shared kitchen just outside the room.

Comfortable bed, clean room, clean kitchen, quiet and secluded, lots of useful amenities. Elena checked us in and was very helpful and communicated above and beyond. My partner and I enjoyed our stay and although we don't typically share a bathroom with other guests, everyone was respectful and clean.

The bathroom shower and bathtub shower had water escape onto the floor every time we used them. That was a little unpleasant and difficult to use the bathroom without stepping on water. The floors in the hallway were seemingly clean, but the bottom of my feet and sock became dingy after walking around without shoes on.

The room was big, clean and bright. The common spaces were clean. The property is situated in a nice location, not far from the main attractions. Olena communicated with us openly and timely.

The check in times, but Olena told us in advance that will be the case (extra fee for late checkin - after 10 pm and no check in after 12). Also, for people sensitive to noise, I would advise having earbuds or reconsider your decision.

The hotel was clean, everyone was friendly. The kitchen was well stocked and we were given fresh towels half way through.

There was an AC unit in the bedroom which didn't turn on. The bathroom floors were often flooded, which could of been avoided by providing guests with bathmats.

C&O Guesthouse is VERY WELL-LOCATED! Public transportation is literally only a few steps away from its doorstep. There are restaurants and shops close to it and LX Factory -- a complex of cool restaurants which are open until very late -- is just 4-5 minutes away. The guesthouse was also just 8 minutes' walk from our conference site. The place is very clean. There are 2 shared bathrooms and I have never had to wait to use any one of them. The kitchen is spacious and complete with utensils and the necessary appliances to cook or heat up food. Olena is a nice and very accommodating hostess. Our departing flight was at 9:15 in the evening and we asked if we could leave our luggage at the guesthouse until it is time to go to the airport. She agreed and arranged to have us pick them up at 6 pm.

The only 1 thing which I think could be changed/ improved upon is to allow guests to use the washer and dryer in the guesthouse. I had noted in the list of amenities of the place before I booked it that there was a washer and dryer. However, when I thought about washing some clothes on our 4th day (we stayed a total of 6 days), I saw a note that the machines are only for the use of the staff. Fortunately, I had brought enough clothes with me, but it would have been nice to be able to wash some because clean clothes are easier to pack in the luggage than dirty ones which are all stuffed in a plastic bag which tends to be bulky.

Super clean, bright and airy. The location is just outside the main tourist areas but so central and close to everything. Trams and buses going by all the time. The staff were very nice and helpful. The flat was extremely clean and towels were changed every two days. Never a wait for the shared bathrooms. Everything as advertised and communicated. Great value for the money, especially if you plan to be busy and just want a place to sleep/shower etc.

Not the fault of the property but it was noisy. Especially since we had been travelling in more rural areas before. Lisbon is a big, noisy city and there are trams, planes, and garbage trucks outside the building. We mostly had quiet guests near us, but some people forget they’re in a shared space. I would still stay here again but I would have brought earplugs.

Location was near the Congress Center and was also near a grocery and some restaurants. Area is safe and is rather quiet.

Had a nice view of the Ponte 25 de Abril bridge, considered as the Golden Gate Bridge of Portugal. The travel around Lisbon is very convenient, from trams, Uber and taxis which are affordable.

We enjoyed our stay at C&O Guest House. It provided clean, convenient accommodation in a great location in Lisbon. There are lots of services nearby and great local restaurants that are much cheaper than those in the main tourist areas. Bus and tram stops as well as two train stations are close by. The owner and staff were very friendly, helpful, and dedicated to helping us enjoy our stay as much as possible.

We were at the Guest House during low tourist season, so the place was quiet and comfortable. I would imagine if there were more guests, it would be noisier as the walls do not contain the sound very well. There is only a pedestal fan for cooling in the rooms, so I wouldn't want to be there when the weather is hot. There was no other place to relax aside from your room. It would have been nice to have had a sitting room with reading chairs.

The rooms are very clean and look pleasant. There's a common area where you can cook dinner, sit down for a drink or eat, wash your clothes, and store items in the fridge (each room has its own container). The location is just a two-minute walk to the LxFactory, and you can grab a taxi to get anywhere quickly. There's a pharmacy downstairs and a nearby supermarket across the street. The bathrooms are cleaned regularly, and the water pressure is very good.

The walls are pretty thin, so bring some earplugs, as you may hear your neighbors staying at the guest house. The bed was quite hard, but that's a personal opinion. One of the showers has a very sensitive temperature mechanism, it was either very cold or extremely hot so it takes some tinkering to get the temperature you want. I had to fill out all my details again on paper on arrivel; it would be easier if they could get all the information from Booking.

The location was very convenient; the room was clean and well equipped. Olena, the landlady, was so friendly and extremely helpful. She kept my luggage for me after check out as I still had time for my flight. I highly recommend this place!

The room could use a charging point close to bed.
