The apartment design was lovely and had all the necessary equipment, the location in Lisbon is exceptional.

Because I was staying for only one night I was placed in the accessible apartment, which was right at the entrance, I was working in the morning but if I would like to rest there was a lot of noise in the corridors of the staff cleaning other apartments. The shower wasn't good either compared to the rest of the apartment, the water pressure wasn't so good.

Location a few minutes away from Jardim da Estrela, one of my favourite parks in Lisbon, was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean and tastefully decorated. Nice tall ceilings and wooden floors. Would have liked to have seen a different room perhaps facing the back.

Room was on a ground floor on a very busy road so it was noisy with windows open. It also smelled a bit like a room that had been closed for a while and not properly aired. I arrived a bit before check in time of 2. Was told I could not check in and had to leave luggage in the locker. Lockers required a €2 to be operated, I had to walk all the way around the neighbourhood to try and get that coin. Not ideal when you have been travelling already for hours. Should have been told about this in advance. Really the lockers should be free or at least digitally operated.

Room is big, comfy, have everything that we needed during our stay. Location is ok as well.

Cleaning service entered the room to clean the couch, even though we left ‘do not enter’ sign. I think that is not ok even with note left. Also, do not use their lockers. Please, if you want to offer lockers, at least you should have someone who will take care of that service, since it’s not clearly described how to use them (you should put 2€ coin and unlock it, but instead the coin just slip and I couldn’t lock/unlock). When I asked housekeepers for help, they called the manager but since they are not in the building they couldn’t (and also didn’t wanted) to do anything.

We weren’t expecting the big patio in our room, it was great. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. The old tramway stops at the door :D The sofa bed was actually two very comfortable single beds, which worked out perfectly for our family.

Don’t bother wasting time with the “pre-check-in”, the machine inside for checking in will ask all the questions again and, most annoyingly, you will need to scan ID documents for all guests, even if you provided them in advance.

The apartment was so big! I stayed with my two kids and we had enough space for them to roam around, play and eat with a lot of comfort.

Inside everything is great. I have nothing to complain about. But outside, is a different story. My husband had to park in front of the apartment to take the luggage off the car and there was a tram coming every 2 or 3 minutes and we had to move the car all the time. We didn't take long but we had to take two kids from the car + all the luggage and it was troublesome.

I stayed a total of 5 weeks and I really enjoyed the place. The cleaning crew were very professional, helpful (with the check- in as the kiosk froze up several times) and friendly. The location is perfect: very little noise, transportation stops by the front door (bus and streetcar/tram), a bank 50 meters away, a supermarket, bistros and pastry shops. And one can easily walk down the hilly streets and reach Cais do Sodré within 20 minutes.

There aren`t any shelves in the washroom to keep essentials . The shower contraption can be difficult to close.

Good location. Very clean apartment with nice interior design, comfortable bed.

Very strong home perfume. Also it was little bit strange that I have made online check-in, than verified myself in kiosk inside the building, and afterwards in the morning it was persistent knocking on my door just to verify that I am here. It was 10 AM, not so late, but I had a late flight and was hoping to sleep as much as I want (check-out is on 12.00). Lady was very nice but I think, something wrong with the automatic system if its still necessary.

It was nice, clean and very well equipped Appartment.

There was an unpleasant odor in the apartment, but it wasn’t clear where it was coming from.

It is well located, close to a supermarket, a couple of cafes and restaurants. There are,as well, bus and tram stops next to the building. It is a residential area and quiet . The cleaning staff /crew were quite professional and friendly. The apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer which is not mentioned in the description.

The fact there weren’t any shelves in the washroom.
