From the booking process to the first time we stepped into The Felix 10 and throughout the week till we left early in the morning on our last day, The Felix was AWESOME & AMAZING!! We came in to check in earlier than usual but the staffs were already there waiting for us. We were assisted by Ms.Ann & she took us on a short tour of the property and then welcomed us to our room, which was a very spacious & beautiful room, super clean & comfy. Throughout our stay the staffs was always attentive to our needs, always trying hard to make sure we were having the best time while we're in Lisbon, they even surprised me on my birthday with a small cake & a card!! Thank You again Team Felix 10!!! 🥰 The Felix 10 location is excellent if you need a peaceful & quiet stay. Being a small boutique B&B, we hardly hear anyone or any noise from inside the property & we've never experienced such a peaceful time anywhere else until we found this gem that is The Felix 10. If ever we pass by Lisbon again, The Felix 10 will be our first if not only choice to stay at.

Felix Hotel is a true gem in the heart of Lisbon. The location is unbeatable—perfect for exploring the city. The design is impeccable, with each room offering a unique artistic flair and thoughtful amenities that feel curated rather than generic. I especially loved the rooftop, which was the ideal spot to unwind after a day of wandering. The honor bar was a great touch for a quick snack or drink. Special thanks to the wonderful housekeeping team, and to Vanessa and Fernando at the front desk, who made the stay feel personal and welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning every time I’m in Lisbon.

All of the facilities were more charming in person than in photos, and the entire hotel had a wonderful ambiance. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bathroom was beautiful with the waterfall showerhead and bathtub. There were wonderful details like a wooden tray for the bathtub, a hair straightener, small toiletries, and a TV in the bathroom. I had breakfast once in the hotel and twice packed to go because I had to leave early for a tour, and it was nice to even have the option of getting a packed breakfast to-go. They asked me my food preferences and dietary restrictions when I checked in and provided a personalized breakfast that was fresh and delicious.

The gym was smaller than I expected, though it had a treadmill which was what I was looking for. Small things but I wish the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles were labeled in the shower so I didn't have to guess. And I think it was unclear when someone would come by to clean, and how to indicate that I was sleeping in and didn't want them to knock. This was also my first time in Lisbon and think I would've enjoyed staying closer to downtown (Baixa or Chiado). I liked that the location of this hotel was quiet but getting to and from places added extra time which was precious to me.

We received a warm welcome and staff were super friendly. They helped dry our clothes (we arrived in torrential rain and our luggage was wet through). They left a surprise sweet treat for my birthday which was very thoughtful and appreciated. The room was well equipped with a big comfy bed, bathrobes and slippers. Shower was great and the hotel was very quiet and peaceful.

There was a bath in the room which we didnt expect. The actual bathroom was quite dark , a bigger light around the mirror would be helpful. We felt the breakfast wasn't good value for money, small portions (especially the egg) and dietary requirements not considered.

Extremely comfortable rooms - the bed is just heaven. Good sized as well with a great bathroom. It's a quirky hotel on the inside - a bit like a maze with the different levels and staircases. Very friendly and welcoming staff. String wifi that can sustain work video calls. Great area with plenty of cool, tasty neighbourhood restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Nothing really! Probably not suitable for anyone with accessibility issue s- it's on a step street and, although these is an elevator, it is not always possible to take it directly to your floor.

Had a fantastic stay at the Felix 10. From arrival meeting with the staff, help to getting a hotel induction to bags taken to the room. Was given a fantastic room (trophy room) for a wedding anniversary break for my wife and I. The staff prepared the room with candles, supplying a decorated bed and a nice chilled bottle for our arrival at their expense - a lovely touch. Assisted us in guidance in locating food around the local vicinity, and assisted with our questions in what we wanted to see in our weekend city break visit. Offering us discounts in any excursions if they could as such. The staff could not be any more friendly and assisting throughout the stay, booking us taxi's when required (even after our booked taxi cancelled at short notice on our 2nd day- they sourced an alternative quickly on our behalf). Room cleaned every day, and accommodation even provides 2 bars onsite (one rooftop, which we used for a few beers on late Sat afternoon) with Wi-Fi both the rooms and on the roof terrace working exceptionally well. There was a minor bit of work/maintenance been carried out for a few hours during one day of our stay (which was of no inconvenience in all fairness) - but the staff were so keen to please, they offered next day breakfast at no charge as a complimentary service. The breakfast was excellent, and plenty of alternative foods offered as part of the breakfast serving. Al in all - we are absolutely delighted with the friendliness, cleanliness and service from the Felix 10. if we ever head to Lisbon again (where we had a great time away), we would definitely go back to the Felix 10 again without hesitation. Cannot thank all the guys there enough for their service during the stay.

Nothing. No complaints whatsoever.

Our room was gorgeous— spacious, comfortable king size bed, high end linens, recessed lighting, large marble bathroom with both relaxing tub and huge shower, and designer touches everywhere. Best of all was the exceptional service by Ann, Fernando and another woman with glasses whose name I can’t recall. They assisted with finding us great restaurants, made reservations for dinner and transportation, and were knowledgeable about the city, train/bus services, and cultural highlights. They went all out to make us feel comfortable and help with arrangements. Can’t recall the last time we had such superb customer service.

A small refrigerator would have been lovely.

We were really made to feel special at this boutique hotel. The staff are outstanding - thank you Aye for all your help in giving us information about what to see and do in Lisbon, particularly in booking us a table at the fado restaurant. The hotel is very quiet although in a fairly central area, and is extremely well equipped. It is very stylish and elegant and the little courtyard was so welcome in the heat. Breakfast, though expensive, was excellent, all the food freshly prepared and tasty.

Although the decor is ultra-modern and very stylish, black walls and bathroom may not be to everyone’s taste. Otherwise it is difficult to find fault with such a welcoming and comfortable hotel.

The Felix had a very lovely upscale boutique vibe. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. My brother and I shared a room and we were pleasantly surprised by how large the bathrooms were. You can tell that the design concept is intentional and well thought out. By far the best part of this stay was the staff. My brother had a bottle of wine spilled on him accidentally at dinner and the owner hand washed our articles of clothing that were soiled. It’s those personal touches that make boutique hotels superior and more memorable than alternative options. We thought the location was very walkable and enjoyed our walk into town each day however, if you have mobility issues, ubers are very cheap!

We had an absolutely great stay at The Felix 10, unfortunately only for 2 days. Long story short: - Very stylish and tasteful decorated boutique hotel with all needed amenities, including an 24h honesty-bar, a rooftop terrace and a gym. - Great location in a quiet residential neighborhood, but within walking distance (~30 mins) to Lisbons city center. - Awesome breakfast in a cosy courtyard. - Incredibly friendly and accomodating staff who immediately make you feel at home. - We were worried with parking options, but were offered a parking spot in a very nearby garage - great!

Nothing, everything was incredibly good.
