Had an issue with the door code when I arrived but communication was very easy and I got someone to help fairly quick. The place is new and has everything you need for a short stay. Bed is super comfy and smells good although some might find the smell a bit too strong. Everything works well, team is helpful when you need them and the interior design is nice although so dark you can barely see anything even with lights on (all low level lighting). The apartment has all the appliances you need including smart Tv, fridge, hob, coffee machine, etc. Location is good and a short walk from Lx Factory. Breakfast was alright and quite convenient having it at your door every morning.

Place is VERY dark even with curtains open. No top lighting so you have to turn on multiple freestanding/ table lamps but it’s still very hard to see clearly. Bathroom is inside a cupboard and a bit weird with black walls. Shower is great even though the shower space is super tiny even for a small person like me. Sofa and living space isn’t very cozy and feels like a reception space. Bathroom tap spills water everywhere and would be nice to have some place to put toiletries- no shelf or anything so I had to keep mine inside the wardrobe.

Communication was terrible - we didn’t receive a single reply to our messages. Upon arrival, we could’t check in - there is no reception and the property didn’t return our calls. Our personal concierge Pedro didn’t bother to reply as well. After an hour under the rain, we were lucky to finally catch a cleaning lady who helped us to reach the office team responsible for reservations. It is very disappointing, considering that at that point we have already pid for a three night stay. If this happened at night, I believe we would get into the property at all. Regarding breakfasts - we only received them once during three nights - is it supposed to be like this? The apartment is rather small and the shower room is not a room at all - it is an 80x80 box in a closet :(

Easy self check in process. The apartment is clean and well equipped with everything including a washing machine, which is great. Breakfast was provided as a continental style box in the morning which was a nice touch. Public transport links including tram and bus right outside and a local train station just a 5 min walk.

The bathroom is a little small but fine, some touches and details are a little tired looking but doesn't majorly detract from the room.

Exceptionally hospitable hosts, with great communication before our arrival and fantastically welcoming attitude during our stay - as we appeared to start our holiday on the day of the total blackout in Portugal, unfortunately... We were truly moved by the welcome pack expecting us there (some snacks and a bottle of wine). The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary. WiFi and TV is working well. The location is just excellent as the public transport stop is literally at the doorstep of the premises, so we could reach all the museums and tourist sights easily. Foodstore is very close, just across the street, and a very good restaurant at 5 minutes walking distance (O Palacio). Would sincerely recommend visitors of Lisabon to choose this accommodation.

The lighting at the bedroom zone was a bit low as one lamp was not working.

Lovely property in good condition and fantastic location. Property is well equipped and comfortable. It’s near a busy main road so never the quietest if you’re a light sleeper but things do calm down in the later evening! Tram stop outside makes it ideal to get into Central Lisbon. 15 minutes from the Cais de Sodre station or Bélem Tower. Lovely supermarket just opposite and the converted LX Factory nearby is a real highlight for food and drink options!

Only main criticism was the Breakfast box which didn’t arrive on the 2nd & 3rd days of my stay but the company have apologised and are looking into this!

We booked with breakfast included however they should diversify a bit as we stayed there for few days and we got the same thing every day.

I loved this loft in the up and coming neighborhood of Alcântara. The decor and the use of space were great. I would definitely book again. Personally I have a soft spot for industrial buildings that get repurposed. It's great for longer stays as well. It has a small kitchen and a washing machine.

I unfortunately did not get any breakfast even though it was included. When I asked about it, the staff told me that the breakfast was delivered, however I never found it. Maybe I misunderstood the drop off schedule. The iron was also missing in my loft, but since it's a self service loft more or less they might not know about it.

The location was perfect for us - close to family. Very handy to the trams and buses and walking distance to the river and tourist attractions. Packaged breakfast delivered each morning was excellent. Apartment complex was quiet, safe and secure.

We found the overall layout/design of the apartment interior was slightly awkward. The window looked out into the main street however we could not open the curtains during the day as there were no sun filters. Would've loved a bigger bathroom area.

The apartment was spacious and cosy. It was very well equiped with all the gadgets. The bus/tram connections with the city center is great - station is just outside the front door. Breakfast was also good.

Bathroom (combined shower and toilet) was practicaly a small closet, less than 2 square meters in size. Our apartment was next to a road, which was quite traffic even at night. We stayed there for the whole week, but we haven't meet our hosts. They are not present at the location and we missed in person contact with them. However, if we needed anything, they were in contact with us via whatsapp, which took up to 24 hours for their response.
