Very clean, elegant design, room very comfortable. Location is 5 minutes walk from the Conference centre

The noise level during the day and night was awful. I stayed in a room on the 4th floor overlooking a very busy road and railway tracks. I couldn't sleep and asked to change rooms, I was then given a quiet room facing the inner courtyard,this was quiet and helped me get a good night's sleep. I would have rated the staff excellent if the receptionist had listened when I requested a quiet room on checking in. She didn't listen and was more interested in trying to charge me twice for a room I had already paid for. The staff I spoke on the following day when I asked to change rooms were much more helpful. If you are a light sleeper, make sure you get a quiet room. Would definitely stay again in a quiet room.

Location, layout, room size and friendliness of staff were unmatched

When arriving told Kids could not use pool and this was not mentioned in the online booking process with booking.com the approved booking agent . This left a sour taste as we booked specifically selecting that we had two kids when doing so

We appreciated the warm welcome and helpfulness of the staff. The entire hotel was perfectly clean and well maintained. Our room was well equipped and relatively spacious, with amenities such as a coffee/tea station and an ironing set. We also enjoyed having a balcony, independent air conditioning, and good sound insulation — especially helpful at night given the occasional street noise. The hotel offers convenient transport connections to the city centre (via tram) and to the airport (20–30 minutes by Bolt or taxi). We also really enjoyed the breakfasts, which offered a good selection of high-quality food.

The only minor drawback was a large illuminated commercial sign located across the street, above the entrance to the congress centre, directly in front of our balcony. It shines and blinks throughout the night, so we had to keep the curtains fully closed — which I personally don’t like, as I have trouble waking up in the morning without natural light.

I want to give particular praise to the staff for how they handled the blackout. And big praise to the kitchen for feeding us all in spite of the difficulties. It was much less of a worry because they made us feel safe. We were very happy to stay at a well reputed big hotel chain when something like this happened. Other than that it was as great and nice as you would expect from a Hyatt. Also we got an updgrade which mean that our son could come and spend one night quite spontaniously, great.

We have booked a room with a river view. And we could see the river, but the first impression was not very nice because of the concrete covered block of land right below us. Very ugly. I discovered that the Hyatt in fact owns the land. I know that it will cost, but removing the concrete, sowing grass and letting it grow wild would be so much nicer.

Great location and staff. The hotel is quite modern and the rooms are great quality. Parking was complimentary, which was great since we had a rental car. The breakfast options were pretty good and breakfast quality was quite high. The gym was very modern with great equipment (Technogym).

We booked a suite for a family of 4, arrived pretty late, however the sofa bed was not prepared on arrival. We got some make-shift blankets and pillows for the first night. There were no proper blanket covers for the sofa bed, just the blanket placed between two sheets. The sofa bed had a noticeable sag in the middle.

Although the Hyatt is slightly out of the centre, it's not a problem as right outside the door the E15 tram takes you everywhere you need to go and within 15 minutes you are in the centre of Lisbon. The area itself is lovely, down by the river and close to the LX Factory, where you will find lots of amazing restaurants and shops. If you take the tram in the opposite direction you can visit the stunning monastery or change onto the train line and visit the beach. I can't recommend Lisbon and the Hyatt Regency enough. Gorgeous rooftop bar (a bit breezy when we went up but that can't be helped), the staff were absolutely delightful. We got upgraded to a suite when we arrived. It's quiet, clean, lovely staff, great location. This was my second time visiting and I'll definitely be returning and recommending to all my friends.

The room was for me very loud, I could hear the heavy traffick from the bridge nearby, I would have expected better sound isolation for this price.

Located in Belém, a quiet area of Lisbon near the seaside, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat. The fee also provides discounts at the restaurant and Zest, as well as free daily smoothies. Additionally, there is an active gym available. Hyatt beds are very comfortable, and the hotel boasts a beautiful rooftop bar.

I believe the breakfast options can be significantly improved. The beans were too hard to chew, the salad lacked lettuce, and the cream cheese was watery. Additionally, the strawberry jam needs to be replaced. Moreover, the selection of pastries was very limited. On a positive note, the waiting staff are proactive and very helpful.

Comfortable 5 star hotel with all the amenities for a pleasant stay during a 3 day meeting at the nearby conference center. The staff was very forthcoming and at our arrival upgraded our room to a corner suite with a great view. The breakfast is up to expectations, and the staff will gladly meet your wishes for a certain type of coffee or your favourite omlette combination. The ICON rooftop bar is a must. A bit out of the city center but definitely worth a stay.

Location close to river but not to city it gets crowded sometimes. Beds wasn't so comfy. BAD MANAGEMENT!! They were overbooked and my reservation went wrong they ruined my plans in lisbon cuz i was aiming to visit porto. I wasn't notified until i arrived!!! They did offer one option only that to stay one night in a different hotel they paid the transportation and everything but still they didnt accept to refund or move my whole stay in a different hotel. I had to re check the next day which was a total waste of time. I reported the incident in booking who handled my complaint but after i left lisbon.
