Very clean, elegant design, room very comfortable. Location is 5 minutes walk from the Conference centre

The noise level during the day and night was awful. I stayed in a room on the 4th floor overlooking a very busy road and railway tracks. I couldn't sleep and asked to change rooms, I was then given a quiet room facing the inner courtyard,this was quiet and helped me get a good night's sleep. I would have rated the staff excellent if the receptionist had listened when I requested a quiet room on checking in. She didn't listen and was more interested in trying to charge me twice for a room I had already paid for. The staff I spoke on the following day when I asked to change rooms were much more helpful. If you are a light sleeper, make sure you get a quiet room. Would definitely stay again in a quiet room.

Location, layout, room size and friendliness of staff were unmatched

When arriving told Kids could not use pool and this was not mentioned in the online booking process with booking.com the approved booking agent . This left a sour taste as we booked specifically selecting that we had two kids when doing so

Although the Hyatt is slightly out of the centre, it's not a problem as right outside the door the E15 tram takes you everywhere you need to go and within 15 minutes you are in the centre of Lisbon. The area itself is lovely, down by the river and close to the LX Factory, where you will find lots of amazing restaurants and shops. If you take the tram in the opposite direction you can visit the stunning monastery or change onto the train line and visit the beach. I can't recommend Lisbon and the Hyatt Regency enough. Gorgeous rooftop bar (a bit breezy when we went up but that can't be helped), the staff were absolutely delightful. We got upgraded to a suite when we arrived. It's quiet, clean, lovely staff, great location. This was my second time visiting and I'll definitely be returning and recommending to all my friends.

The room was for me very loud, I could hear the heavy traffick from the bridge nearby, I would have expected better sound isolation for this price.

Hyatt beds are very comfortable, and the hotel boasts a beautiful rooftop bar.

I believe the breakfast options can be significantly improved. The beans were too hard to chew, the salad lacked lettuce, and the cream cheese was watery. Additionally, the strawberry jam needs to be replaced. Moreover, the selection of pastries was very limited. On a positive note, the waiting staff are proactive and very helpful.

Location close to river but not to city it gets crowded sometimes. Beds wasn't so comfy. BAD MANAGEMENT!! They were overbooked and my reservation went wrong they ruined my plans in lisbon cuz i was aiming to visit porto. I wasn't notified until i arrived!!! They did offer one option only that to stay one night in a different hotel they paid the transportation and everything but still they didnt accept to refund or move my whole stay in a different hotel. I had to re check the next day which was a total waste of time. I reported the incident in booking who handled my complaint but after i left lisbon.

- New hotel with modern & minimalistic design - The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable - They provided free of charge bottles of water - Good soundproofing - Restaurant was open the entire day, so you could eat any time you got hungry

- Additional hooks in the bathroom for towels would be great - You cannot turn on and off the ventilation in the bathroom from the room - There was a smoke type of smell on the balcony that in the first night I could feel in the room - The waiters in the ViceVersa restaurant were overall good, however sometimes the service was very slow even though there weren't too many people, especially at breakfast - The breakfast was good and tasty, however it was not restocked 30-60 minutes before they closed. For example we could get tomatoes only in our last day when we visited the place at around 8 am

It was fantastic. The reception people are super nice, especially Kevin, a darling. The room was amazing !

Only one small issue at the end: I forgot my linen pajamas in the room on the morning of March 31st, Sunday, when I checked out. I emailed them the next day, but after not receiving a reply for 2 days, I had to call them. In the end, they said nothing was found, which is such a shame. This should not happen, given that this is a 5-star hotel. My pajamas might not have been too expensive, but they were my favorite.

It was my second stay in Hyatt Regency and its a fantastic hotel to say for both business/leisure. The rooms are big, clean and very cosy. The location is amazing with Tagus river across the road. The view of the 25 de Abril bridge from room is amazing as always and worth even more at night. The hotel staff are always active and attentive to your queries and requests. The attendant Bashaarat is always around and ready to provide any assistance whenever required. The hotel is new and still smells of fresh carpet in the hallways.

Such a big hotel and no proper swimming pool...! The pool in Spa area is only for 16+ and probably good as a lap pool only. The breakfast menu is still very continental as mentioned in my previous review. If they could add few Asian/Arabic dishes, it will definitely be hotel catering diverse breakfast menu. Fud for thought for the management !

The room had a really nice size and pace and the staff were really friendly. The breakfast had nice options. The location was the best of the all trip, because it was so close to many interesting places.

The shower door need some attention because it was leaking water while showering. making the process of cleaning the bathroom more intense, which was not addressed properly. I was able to see some footprints on the floor after was cleaned.
