Comfy apartment for work and holidays too. Privacy, nice service, great location. Easy access to metro and centrum. Nice helpful staff. I will come again.

Excellent location near metro station, perfect for exploring the city. Room was nice, breakfast was good although similar choice each day. Staff was polite, willing to provide explanations and recommendations.

When I booked the room, I chose 2 adults and 2 kids and I mention in my preference that it is 4 of us, and I payed it, and then noticed that after that, the booking.com changed it to 2 adults only (probably some bug, property is giving the same price for both choices). I wrote to the property right away, explaining situation but they didn't understand or didn't accept my explanation. So, I hat to writing several times, explaining the same things, and it took days to realise that I need to write to the booking.com support to clear the situation. After that I finally got confirmation from both booking.com and the property that we will have room for all 4 of us with breakfast for all 4 of us. Everything was fine when we arrived.

I loved my stay here, the staff was so welcoming and friendly, definitely for my next trip to Lisbon I will come back here. It's really close to the stadium and to the center of the city, it's also near a lot of things that may be on someone's visit list. The breakfast was included- and it was delicious as well as the food from the restaurant. The apartment was bigger than I imagined & the staff was so nice! :D Been thinking about Lisbon ever since I left haha

Great location, rooms decently comfortable. Nice and helpful staff. Parking space available; the parking spots are really tight if you have a larger car.

At least some bottles of mineral water could have been provided upon arrival, since the tap water was kind of unpleasant to drink (warm, hard). TV could be better (at least it should be possible to cast from my device to the TV screen). Parking spots should be better signaled (it is a bit confusing as it is, because there is residents parking in the same area and it is not clear which spots belong to the hotel).

Family (2+2). location was okay, we used public transport so we got where we wanted without any problems. Lidl and a large shopping center nearby. metro station is very close. We get two big rooms with a kitchen annex - one room with a double bed and one with a sofa bed. Breakfasts were very good with many options; you could order scrambled eggs and bacon.

the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. On the last day, we were informed that they were changing the sofas in each room. Lucky future guests

The location was great. Next to Cortes Ingles which is a mall with groceries and lots of good restaurants that are open late except for Sundays. It's a 5 min walk from the metro, which is very convenient. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant staff were super helpfull and let me bring breakfast in the room cause my kids couldn't wait up early enough. The kitchen was very convenient for our family as one of my kids is a picky eater so had to make some food.

There were some times when there was construction noise close to our room. Didn't bother us much since we were out for most of the day.

The location is excellent. Having a kitchen was very handy. The breakfast staff were very kind and food was delicious.

The elevator is too small to fit people and luggage together especially big bags. Need some warm vegan options for breakfast. No soap, hand towels in kitchen. No tea, coffee supplies in room. A couple of the receptionists were unhelpful rude but others were lovely..

Everything was perfect. It was one of the best city stays I have had with family. The Metro was 2 min walk as were the bus stops to reach anywhere in Lisbon. There is a mall next to the metro station and variety of cafes below it including Lidl. The apartment was clean and well serviced. The breakfast was fresh with good variety of hot food. The icing on the cake was the Lisbon Central Masjid next door. Got the chance to pray in congregation everyday. The staff were friendly and courteous which made our stay pleasant. My kids liked it so much they suggested if we can shift there permanently.. :-)

Going back home.

Hotel was nice and clean. Room was of good size and living room was reasonable size for a family. There is a kitchen and accessories if you likes to cook. Lift is available. Breakfast is good and sitting plan in restaurant is great.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable as you could feel the arch but second day cleaning team put the extra mattress without asking which helps.

Location was a bit far away from the points of interest but we used Uber which is quite convenient and in 10min you're in the centre of Lisbon, The property is very clean breakfast is also good and there are supermarkets just around the corner where you can buy groceries and other needs.

Our bed was very uncomfortable, mattress needs to be replaced!
