Absolutely excellent staff. Breakfast buffet was the best I've had in many years of travel. Many accommodations made for less mobile visitors (main floor room with shower chair, electric chair lift for stairs to breakfast, elevator). Room was large, comfortable, very clean. Large glass water bottles, with unlimited fill ups, provided with 10 euro deposit. No problem getting deposit back. Highly recommended all round

Location had little to offer About 5 steps to landing for breakfast room, not sure if a wheelchair could manage. A kettle would be nice.

Was in Lisboa for appointment at US Embassy which was only an easy 10 minute walk away. And Sete Rios was also about 10 minutes away. So, very convenient location. The hotel is very clean, modern, and just right for a several day stay. The staff was very helpful and seemingly eager to assist. Checked us in over 2 hours early without hesitation. The room was fine...comfortable bed, clean sheets, a TV and safe. The bathroom was functional but somewhat small. Fresh towels and bath mat were available. Complimentary water. Loved the breakfast buffet which serves from 7 to 10am. A selection of cereals, fruits, bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes, and baked breads with toaster available. Automatic coffee machine makes various coffee and hot chocolate drinks. Very clean and confortable. The surrounding neighborhood is very quiet and pedestrian with many eateries within a 10 or so minute walking radius.

Only knock is the hotel is in the direct landing flight line. While I couldn't hear the planes in the room, one could in the lobby as they are fairly low

The breakfast is really good, the cappuccino is delicious and the staff are friendly. The bess were comfortable as well. We wanted a place close to Catolica University. Plenty of restaurants in the area and they serve nice food. Easy access to the city centre, we were commuting by a taxi all the time, but was cheaper for 2 than paying for buses. We asked for a quiet room, and we were given one :)

The smell of high humidity in the room affected my sleep at night. The mould are apparent heavily on the blinds, near the window, on the ceiling near the window as well as in the bathroom. The hotel is lovely, but I think they can work a bit more on resolving the mould issue.

Hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful with everything. Nearest metro station was about 7 min long walk. At it took you in about 10, 15 min to the center. Rooms were cleanes everyday as well as towels changed.

Airport is at relative proximity to the hotel, so every couple of minutes airplanes pass above the hotel. Also, there were no room slipers, no fridge in the room. You have to leave 10 euro deposit to get a bottle of water. They are giving the deposit back at check out

The location was great, 10-15 min walk to anything you need including supermarkets and metro. Breakfast was great, balcony was great, bathroom shower was fantastic, good local restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful and 24 hours. Close to the airport which was great - so you will hear planes which the hotel is close to the flight path - however this didn’t bother us at all and at night we did not hear any. Overall a lovely stay and we would stay there again. Thank you!

The room was clean, neat, spacious and nicely decorated. I loved the balcony, the large opening windows and the air conditioning unit. The water pressure was nice and strong. My favorite aspect of our stay was the staff. They were all very friendly, helping me with every question. They were all so kind and attentive. The breakfast is outstanding!!! If you're looking to stay near an embassy, you'll be within walking distance. We visited some tourist attractions and it cost about 7 euros each way for an uber. There's also a metro stop close by. I will absolutely stay here again.

The room was very nice, comfortable, and super clean. I liked the little balcony, the bed and linens were great, and the included breakfast was very good, too.

The young guy at the front desk was helpful when I arrived, but when I had a request, I had to ask several times. He said he would do it but never seemed to get around to it.

Friendly staff, towels were changed daily. Good breakfast provided which caters for non pork eaters. Easy access to Ubers and close to the airport.

The rooms are rather small so would not recommend for a longer stay. Note the venue is close to the airport so you'll hear and see the planes flying over up until around 2am and then commence again from 6am however we managed to sleep.

We stayed one night before going to the airport and found the location to be ideal for that. We took a 10 minute taxi ride to restaurants and shops. The room was quiet despite being right next to the highway and close to the airport. Found it to be clean and equipped with necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was fantastic.
