The hotel is really clean and the staff is really nice and accommodating. We had preference for one full bed, which we didn't get at first but they found a new room for us and cleaned it quickly so we can have bed as requested. Breakfast was fresh and tasted good.

The location is a bit tricky. Airport is close by so you can hear plains all day long which might affect light sleepers. But this is actually true for majority of Lisabon so it this notion made a bit more content. You will be rushed to finish breakfast properly as they like to clean up for lunch time right away

The Sana Malhoa seems to adopt a top-down culture of providing customer delight. The staff are exceptional and appear always welcoming and willing to go the extra mile. I am a regular visitor to this part of Lisbon and have stayed in a variety of 4* hotels in the area (cost-driven decisions). I have concluded that the Sana Malhoa is a country-mile ahead of the rest in terms of value and experience.

There is a large smoking area adjacent to the bar, which could be better used, at least in part, as outside space for non-smoking visitors as this is the only outside space at the hotel.

Some of the staff were excellent and went above and beyond, especially the lady on night duty and Carlos in the restaurant and very quick to resolve issues with Joy !! The chicken is amazing!!! Decent location , shops within walking distance Oh yeah if you ask and address things they respond and are on point, don't be afraid to ask if needed

Some staff were standoffish but still able to provide a decent to good service, some incidents but quickly resolved and some did not fully understand requests bit quickly rectified overall very accommodating staff and good stay

This was the last stop on our honeymoon, and what an AMAZING way to end it. The staff were exceptional. The breakfast was EXCELLENT - so much variety of every possible item. There was even an omelette bar, and I enjoyed soy yogurt with abundance of toppings. The room was great, good air circulation and it was nice that was could watch youtube. I used the gym and sauna and it was very relaxing and included with no additional cost. The beds were also very firm and comfortable. It's not in the middle of the city but I really enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. I wish I stayed longer.

I like everything about this hotel. It's one of my favourite places to stay in Lisbon. The fact that they have sparkling wine in breakfast really makes it the top one. Also, you can visit the Soul Garden restaurant just 4 minutes walking down the hotel. Alternatively, you can just stay at the bar in the hotel and appreciate the beautiful view of the garden. They also give you a welcome compliment, which add it more to your likes. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time again. Plus, they have the gym, sauna all inside.

Nothing I didn't like in this hotel. Everything was just perfect..

Great hotel, nice staff. There was a welcome dessert upon arrival. They allowed us to check out after 12. Cleaning was great. Nice bar, where nice Sander and Dora work.

Although the hotel positions breakfast with champagne, but twice it was not there and the nice lady Dora poured it at the bar. Also a little monotonous breakfast, not enough vegetables and fruits. No fish at all. In the spa one bath and one jacuzzi did not work. But it is still very cozy there.

Immaculate hotel in a quiet and calm area. There are airliners that pass by quite often but it is not heard well from the inside, almost not noticable from the room at all. I actually enjoyed watching the planes fly by from the outside as it is quite majestic. Breakfast was great, they have everything you'd expect and a little more. Staff was kind and very professional. Room was super clean and very spacious with all facilities working correctly and readily available. Spa and gym included, we tried both and while they are not very big facilities, it was great to start your day after a nice workout and then relax in the jacuzzi. There is a grocery store just around the corner, a do-it-yourself-laundrymat even closer if you're staying for longer (and want to save some money)

I can't think of any real complaints to be honest. I suppose the location is a bit boring within itself but that's what makes the area so calm. No rowdyness at night, no nightlife to be heard when you're trying to sleep.

Fitness Center was the attraction point for me and the reason for booking in this hotel. And i am happy that it fulfilled my expectations completely. Large and climated training room, high quality (TECHNOGYM) machines and tools. Special thanks for that ! Breakfast was also very nice and various.

There were several things which can be improved: -We stayed 5 nights in total and coffee tablets in the room have been renewed only 1 time (on last day). I think they should be renewed during every cleaning cycle. -Coffee in the breakfast can be offered more often or better to put a coffee machine for self service. I would not want to beg for my coffee in the breakfast. -Hotel has a very nice bar, but beer was so expensive. Frankly speaking i have never paid 8,25 EUR for one glass of beer anywhere in europe. -Maybe some olives would be nice in the breakfast. -Room cards were breaking down often. I think i had to visit reception 4 times for that in total.

Breakfast was excellent, a vast choice for our family (and fussy children) ans great quality food. The twin adjoining rooms were perfect for our family of 4. Very spacious and comfortable. I can't fault anything. Bolt/cab is so cheap so we easily got about from our hotel to the city centre every morning via Bolt. Airport is ridiculously close, so that was also great.

Water replenished in the room daily would have been a great bonus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Lisbon! The hotel is beautifully decorated, with a stylish and cozy atmosphere. The rooms were excellent, clean, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was very good, with a great variety of options to start the day right. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful, making sure that everything was perfect. The location is also great, very close to the metro station, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon and would definitely stay here again!
