Lovely, clean hotel in a convenient location (2 min walk from tube that goes everywhere). The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with so much high quality food to choose from. The door staff and cleaners were super friendly, and we enjoyed going to the indoor swimming pool.

The hotel charges 100 euros a night as a deposit upon arrival which I think is excessive and isn't needed (a card could just be taken for authorisation instead). The room service and on-site restaurants/bars were also extremely expensive - it would be better for the hotel to match local prices to draw guests in when meals are much cheaper in town.

The hotel offers excellent facilities, especially the gym and indoor pool. Our room was well equipped with a bathtub and bidet. The location is convenient, close to Sete Rios station and not far from the city center. We also tried the Soul restaurant, and the snacks and drinks were both delicious and beautifully presented.

However, the room temperature (around 23.8–24.4 °C) felt too warm. Staff generally seemed less friendly, with little to no smiles from reception, housekeeping, spa, doorman, and restaurant staff. Housekeeping also placed towels in different spots each day, making it confusing, and the drinking water supply was inconsistent (sometimes two bottles, sometimes four, sometimes none). More attention to guest comfort, especially during extreme weather, would make the experience much better.

A last-minute decision, a quick booking, and just two hours later, we landed in Portugal’s beautiful capital with no idea what to expect. Enter Corinthia Hotel Lisbon, which took our spontaneous trip and turned it into an unforgettable luxury experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of exceptional. We casually mentioned that it was our anniversary, and they went above and beyond to make it special. We walked into our room to find a surprise waiting for us—champagne and a personal note! (Seriously, it’s the little things that make all the difference.) And for the first time ever, a hotel actually gave us a room with an incredible view—not just a “view” of a parking lot, but something truly breathtaking. The room itself was stunning, with an extra space for our luggage that just made everything feel even more luxurious. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff? Simply outstanding. The gentleman who checked us in (I wish I remembered his name!) was incredibly professional and friendly—truly a reflection of the high standards this hotel upholds. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, they surprised us with free breakfast. And let me tell you, that breakfast? A dream. The buffet was incredible—delicious coffee, fresh fruits, pastries, and a spread that could turn even the grumpiest morning person into a breakfast enthusiast. Beyond that, every single staff member—from concierge to housekeeping—was warm, welcoming, and on top of their game. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Now, let’s talk about the details that really stole our hearts: • Room service? Impeccable. • Bathrobes and towels? Luxurious. • The slippers? Oh. My. God. These were not just any slippers. We’re talking the fluffiest, softest, most cloud-like slippers we’ve ever put on our feet.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about

This was the best service at the reception that could be. We got a great room with an upgrade with exactly the same view as in the photo on booking.com. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive. The hotel has a great pool, awesome breakfast and a wonderful restaurant. The hotel is located 20 minutes by taxi from the center, but this is not a problem at all, since Bolt is quite cheap, on average it will cost you only 5-6 euros, and there is a free shuttle from the hotel. The rooms are very quiet with excellent soundproofing, ventilation and air conditioning.

The sauna is paid, only the swimming pool is free.

This was our second time back to the Corinthia and it was just as comfortable, clean and friendly as last time. The location of this hotel is perfect, with a shuttle bus every 30 minutes into the main town of Lisbon and a short 5 minute walk to the train and metro station where you can get to Sintra or Lisbon aquarium very easily and the Lisbon Zoo is just a short walk away! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience all of Lisbon.

The hotel and staff were all very accommodating and attentive. We were there for my wife's birthday and they went out their way to help me celebrate with cake and bubbles with our dine in breakfast cart. The room was very clean and tidy with great amenities.

They only had a Portuguese number to call when I had an emergency and my phone couldn't get through. I tried email and chat too, but didn't get confirmation of my continued booking (after my flight was cancelled) till the next day. They were accommodating and understanding though when I did get hold of them. Maybe an international number or chat system via WhatsApp would be a good alternative (as I have had with other top end hotels in the past).

The soul garden - overpriced food and bad service but would go back for drinks / music You can hear the planes above whilst eating outside (but did not notice this during the night inside the bedroom)

The staff and facilities were amazing always on hand to help and the little extras they do for you were amazing such a the complimentary private bus to the centre and the fact you come back after a day of sight seeing to your room being made up ready for bed

A few minor details such as my door keys not working randomly one evening and my mini bar was leaking upon arrival which I did have to remind the staff to sort out more than once. The only other thing I felt the food and drinks where a little on the more expensive side but it comes with a hotel of this level

Not kid friendly: restaurants were not child food and price friendly except for breakfast buffet. Not enough green space for young kids to run around. Swimming pool is indoor only. It's 20 minutes away from city center via Corinthian shuttle. Wish shuttle had evening runs. And the nearby Metro stop had unsavory people there, so didn't feel safe. Last, our room had some problems from the beginning with the TV, A/C, and shower heated water, all of which were resolved within a day, but disappointed it happened at all.

Excellent property, facilities and location. Property looked new, well maintained and lived up to 5 star rating. Good choice of restaurants and we particularly liked the food and vibes in the Soul Garden restaurant. Concierge services were also good and extremely helpful

The swimming pool was small and overcrowded, not really suitable for swimming. Would have been good to have complimentary access to the spa area, as it was one of the reasons for choosing the hotel. In the end we didn’t use the spa as entry price too expensive
