Location near travel hub. Proximity to eye clinic by taxi. Superbly attentive, polite and caring staff who sent to extra lengths to help one disabled lady and her friend. Excellent choice for breakfast, select choice of lunch and dinner meals, in-room facilities very good (no plastic here!), and room was on the quieter side. Weather was shocking (heavy rain and strong winds) but we were cosy indoors. Particular thanks due to the reception and catering staff.

The staff was wonderful. You got a sense they enjoy their work, which makes all the difference. I loved the layout and decor of the room, the comfy bed and the different lighting options. Great breakfast. There was a big TV with hundreds of channels in many languages (e.g. Portuguese, Spanish, German and English). I didn't check out the rooftop swimming pool. Maybe next time.

That their WiFi network was an open one. It didn't require a password. For a secure connection I needed to install a VPN app.

I liked the room, it was spacious and had all what I needed like the refrigerator and coffee maker. I was able to use the pool and enjoyed it on 2 occasions. Breakfast was not included but I paid for it 1 of the 3 days I was there. The breakfast options were good and could find all to my liking. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful.

Not sure why but the air conditioning at the room was cooling either slow or not enough, so it felt stuffy during the stay. I had dinner 1 day at the hotel's restaurant; it was ok but felt dinner meal could improve.

The overall hotel is very good, there is a pool - if you go there in the middle of the day, the water will be very warm from the sun. The breakfast is quite good, you won't go hungry. Both the shopping center and the metro station can be reached by boat (7-10 min).

The hotel needs renovation, everything is clean but old. But despite that, I liked everything. My room had a very beautiful view from the window where a water aqueduct and a large monument of Jesus Christ could be seen.

I like the comfortable beds and mattresses, the breakfast, and the big tv :)

The curtains are worn out and seemed to be not washed. I have allergies to dust mites so I am very sensitive. Also, the room I was in can be slightly seen from the outside so I had to clip the curtain so as not to be seen at night. One of the sockets is not working but it´s a good thing I brought my own extension. There were no sockets near the bedside to charge one´s phone.

Excellent hotel, very good location. Nice staff, nice room and pool was great. Water was warm and pool was covered during winter, which makes it comfortable.

Breakfast was bad and very poor for the money paid, it was expensive. Many things missing, just basic breakfast and not tasty at all. Better not to eat hotel breakfast and spend the money to eat outside at some other place instead.

The pool was heated , absolutely loved it. The room was nice and airy and had good space , was cleaned everyday and in general was very nice to stay at. The location is good as the mosque is just at the top of the road , walking distance.

The only thing I would say is that there are not really any shops or places to eat nearby , you would need to travel about 15 minutes to get to the Colombo Shopping centre which sometimes is a bit too long.

The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. I was impressed to see also how fluently the staff switched between languages depending on the clients in front of them. The cleanliness or everything was exceptional and while it's a subjective matter the comfort of the bed and bedding was perfect. I was pleased that the curtains were adequately heavy to properly block out light. And it was great to have the open-air pool and lounging area on the roof! Finally, the location is very good - it's not in the centre but the fact that the hotel is in a nice, out-of-the-way area was a bonus for me. I also stayed more centrally during my stay in Lisbon and it was much too noisy for me. The hotel is around the corner from a metro, train and bus terminal so is very conveniently located (you can catch the train to Sintra from there).

Being very picky, the breakfast doesn't have the best choice, but there should be something for everyone to get the type of breakfast they want to start the day, though sometimes particular things ran out or needed replenishing/tidying through the morning. There is a bar, but it is minimal and not a relaxing venue (it's essentially the lobby) - and even then when I tried to get a draught beer, the gas was out.

Staff were lovely and very accommodating! We arrived early and they allowed us to use the pool facilities while we waited for check in. Great location for sete rios train/ bus station and close-ish to the airport but wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re wanting to be in the main town of Lisbon. We only stayed 1 night here in between travel days so this location was perfect for us. Room was comfortable and clean :)

The bed was super comfortable. Room was clean and well designed. Shower had great water pressure and got hot really fast. There was soap and a hairdryer in the bathroom.

I didn't book breakfast, thought 13€ was a bit much. The room was great, only you could hear noise from the other rooms quit good. The thing I really missed was an outlet next to the bed to charge the phone. Cleaning stuff didn't clean the sink every day, but changed the towels even if they weren't on the floor.
