The breakfast choices were well set out; the room that I was allocated was generally quiet and peaceful, and the pool area was warm, and pleasant for a rest in the late afternoon. I did intend to have a swim, but actualy did not do so.

I had thought that the hotel was closer to town than it turned out to be - but with a Metro station close by, there was no real issue about getting into the centre of Lisbon - although getting a ticket at the station was rather a difficult process as the machines were more than complicated - apparently for many people, and not just foreigners.

I stayed at the hotel for four nights. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The room was big enough, and the bed was very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout the entire time. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is not too far from the airport, which made the transfer for an early flight relatively easy.

It would be nice to have hand wash, shampoo, and conditioner available in small containers in the bathroom, but that's more of a nice-to-have than a must-have.

Easy to find, good underground parking, helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast, but a little overpriced at 15€ however we liked the lack of little plastic butter and preserve packs. It makes more sense to have dispensers, well done, out of 9 hotels this trip you were the first to adopt this idea.

Very little, only the breakfast price which was the dearest out of the 9 hotels on this trip. There were some bad reviews, so we were a little worried but those bad reviews were a joke!

Location near travel hub. Proximity to eye clinic by taxi. Superbly attentive, polite and caring staff who sent to extra lengths to help one disabled lady and her friend. Excellent choice for breakfast, select choice of lunch and dinner meals, in-room facilities very good (no plastic here!), and room was on the quieter side. Weather was shocking (heavy rain and strong winds) but we were cosy indoors. Particular thanks due to the reception and catering staff.

The staff was wonderful. You got a sense they enjoy their work, which makes all the difference. I loved the layout and decor of the room, the comfy bed and the different lighting options. Great breakfast. There was a big TV with hundreds of channels in many languages (e.g. Portuguese, Spanish, German and English). I didn't check out the rooftop swimming pool. Maybe next time.

That their WiFi network was an open one. It didn't require a password. For a secure connection I needed to install a VPN app.

Comfortable bed, nice swimming pool, nice restaurant staff. Bar staff, great receptionist.

.It’s strange that they didn’t accept my UK driver’s license as valid identification, saying it was insufficient. The receptionist told me the hotel ONLY accepts a passport or a carta de cidadão portuguesa, which I didn't have it at that time, but okay. I later showed them a copy of my passport, and she accepted it.

I liked the room, it was spacious and had all what I needed like the refrigerator and coffee maker. I was able to use the pool and enjoyed it on 2 occasions. Breakfast was not included but I paid for it 1 of the 3 days I was there. The breakfast options were good and could find all to my liking. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful.

Not sure why but the air conditioning at the room was cooling either slow or not enough, so it felt stuffy during the stay. I had dinner 1 day at the hotel's restaurant; it was ok but felt dinner meal could improve.

The overall hotel is very good, there is a pool - if you go there in the middle of the day, the water will be very warm from the sun. The breakfast is quite good, you won't go hungry. Both the shopping center and the metro station can be reached by boat (7-10 min).

The hotel needs renovation, everything is clean but old. But despite that, I liked everything. My room had a very beautiful view from the window where a water aqueduct and a large monument of Jesus Christ could be seen.

I like the comfortable beds and mattresses, the breakfast, and the big tv :)

The curtains are worn out and seemed to be not washed. I have allergies to dust mites so I am very sensitive. Also, the room I was in can be slightly seen from the outside so I had to clip the curtain so as not to be seen at night. One of the sockets is not working but it´s a good thing I brought my own extension. There were no sockets near the bedside to charge one´s phone.

Excellent hotel, very good location. Nice staff, nice room and pool was great. Water was warm and pool was covered during winter, which makes it comfortable.

Breakfast was bad and very poor for the money paid, it was expensive. Many things missing, just basic breakfast and not tasty at all. Better not to eat hotel breakfast and spend the money to eat outside at some other place instead.
