The staff at the reception is really perfect, very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good, sufficient choice and tasty. A lot of private parking place at the covered terrace which was an advantage on a rainy evening, no umbrella needed to get dry into the hotel with all the luggage. Their system of awarding hotel guests with their favourite drinks for not requiring room cleaning each day (and thus saving the environment) is great! Thanks for the wine! The location is also very good, just a few steps to the underground and not far from the old town.

The bed is quite hard for me and the pilows are an absolute NO - very bad form and material, I have still quite bad neck pain from them. I. e. sleeping was not comfortable.

The staff were exceptional- especially the front of house team and the breakfast team. We travelled as a group for a family reunion ranging in age from 7 to 88- each and every person was made to feel special and valued. Little extra touches like sweets at reception were noted and added to the delight of being a guest.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. The team was able to meet all requirements and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and attended to all of our needs.

The room was spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. The location was fine, we could reach everything we wanted on foot but there is also a metro station very close by. The young guy working at the reception was lovely and very helpful.

The required deposit was not mentioned while booking. Not a big deal but an unpleasant surprise none the less. For a hotel of this price class and in the year 2024, it seems ridiculous to charge extra for normal wifi. At 22€, the breakfast seemed a bit overpriced. We chose to have breakfast in the nice cafe across the street instead.

Wonderful hotel in a great location! The staff truly made our stay exceptional—special thanks to Alexia and Rudy, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and attention to detail really stood out.

Our room faced the street, so it was a bit noisy at night. With the window closed it wasn’t a problem, but it was a warm evening, so we would’ve preferred to have it open. Next time, I’ll be sure to request a room toward the back for a quieter experience. Overall, still a pleasant stay!

Location : Not too far from Hannover city center that fully manageable to access on foot but nearby there are some park with strange peoples that might need to aware Room cleaning : From room cleaning, they never filled or replaced even it is already empty roll of toilet paper and tissue while my 2 nights of stay. (At last I noticed there is some page to ask for tissues/toilet papers but I don't know it would be working)

Beautiful and comfortable hotel, with super nice staff. Beds are good, mattress not too soft. All amenities are available. I didn't order breakfast so I can't judge that.

The free wifi was minimal, sufficient for (slow) email and googling. For more you needed to get a faster but paid wifi. I took out the duvet because it was a few hot days in Hannover, but roomkeeping put it all back in. So I had to take it out again at night. I understand this must be hotel policy, but maybe invent some kind of communication method between roomkeeping and guests so changes made aren't undone every day.

Stylish design of the hotel, everything looks very new and spotless. Good value for the price. Great location: pretty quiet with many parks around, 15min walk from the train station, close to a beautiful university building and you can take a long stroll to Herrenhausen garden. Breakfast was okay. There was a small gym that my son liked a lot. A spacious desk in the room if you need to use your laptop.

The view from our room to the backyard was not very exciting :) I was missing a place in the bathroom to put my skincare and toiletries, maybe you could add a shelf that fits more than a toothbrush? In the gym would be great to add wall bars for stretching, we were missing those after a long day of walking.

Convenient location, easy access to the underground. Very friendly staff. Room was great, stayed in a twin room with my 5 yo for 3 nights whilst visiting the Christmas festivities. Very clean and organised. Amazingly late check out available (4pm). Breakfast was excellent. Tasty, varied, fresh, and kids in our group loved it. Nice entrance, cosy bar and restaurant. Very helpful front desk staff, and kind and curious cleaning team.

On the main road, so could be noisy if windows were open, but surprisingly quiet when windows are closed. No room service on Saturdays, which I realised quite late.

Rooms and bathrooms very spacious, comfortable and clean. Everything worked. Most staff were very helpful, especially Rudy, and spoke good English.

The walk to the centre is around 15 minutes but at least it's flat. The female reception staff were less friendly and helpful than the males. There was inconsistent housekeeping - shower gel ran out and not topped up, coffee and sugar not topped up, pillow left without cover.

Here is where we watched, with other guests, the Euros football final. The staff made us all feel welcome. All through our stay the staff was professional and helpful; really made us feel welcome. Good recommendations for local restaurants which in turn were located nearby. It would be good for either business or holiday and few hotels can say that.
