Location was really good next to the Alnasser shop..Breakfast was really good with lots of options. Kids enjoyed to play outside in the court and the internal pool was also very nice

The suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Riyadh Financial District, and the view from the room was truly stunning, especially in the evening. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were very friendly and professional.

The breakfast was below expectations. The variety was limited and some items did not seem fresh. For a hotel of this standard, I was hoping for a more enjoyable breakfast experience.

I stayed in a lovely two-bedroom suite with a living room. The stay was wonderful, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was included. The place was clean and conveniently located near the KAFD. Moreover, the staff was very helpful and kind. They provided us with extra towels and blanket. The front desk personnel were all local Saudi staff, which added a beautiful touch to the hospitality and created a great first impression when we arrived at the hotel.

Property was very comfortable, modern, fresh, spacious and clean.

My only complain was the whole of the level 2 restaurant was pre booked by an external party which meant it was unavailable. This is not correct when you only have one restaurant. Yes I was directed to the adjacent hotel but I did not go. You should notify customers and offer a 10% discount if you redirect them.

The hotel location was perfect for our purpose (Riyadh season visit). The hotel room was spacious and spotless. Upgrade was given at time of check in. Breakfast is excellent and all around service was great. Reception staff were extremely helpful and offered a late check out due to having a family. Will definitely return when in Riyadh next. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Used room service and the standard for food and service was amazing and value for money.

One minor comment on the guests lifts - they are very slow or the programming is not right. Lift kept passing your location several times before stopping on your level.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom was generously-sized in particular. The view from our windows looking South towards the heart of Riyadh was also a nice bonus. The patio in the centre of the hotels was also a very nice area to relax for a while. We travelled as a family of four, with two sons - one 3 years old and one 3 months old. The room was large enough and interesting enough to accommodate them nicely for our four day trip. The sofa-bed was actually fairly comfortable - but you need to ask for linen, duvet and pillows. Parking was secure and plentiful, although the correct lifts were hard to find at first as there are two hotels ajoined and underground parking made it a little confusing to figure out where we were exactly. Finally, can I say a BIG thank you to the lovely staff for finding and returning my son's lost toy. We left his favourite toy in the room when we left to back to Eastern Province (he must have hid it somewhere out of plain sight as I normally do a quick visual check as we leave the room for the final time). We only realised after we got back home. Staff found the toy and made it easy to pick back up again. My son is very happy to have his toy returned to him. Thanks again.

The room was a little on the cold-side. Our thermostat must have been broken as it was stuck at 18C all day. I called maintenance, but they only managed to raise it 21C. I'd like it a little warmer during the night especially as we had our young sons with us. First arrival at the hotel can be a little confusing too as there are multiple entries to both adjoining hotels (Garden View and Financial District).

The room size was exceptional, the breakfast was delicious and the welcome was perfect. I asked for some advice on getting around and where to eat and the team were helpful and informative in a friendly way

Very small things such as the only coffee in the room was decaf so I needed to call down and wait 10 mins for normal Coffee in the morning, and also only two bottles of water were there and generally you need more than that. The room service menu was quite limited and very expensive

The Staff there is great. Always smiling and super helpful. I would like to thank Turki from the breakfast area who went above and beyond by checking on the satisfaction of my stay after the first night and managed to fix everything immediately after my feedback. Really great.

Nothing to be honest. Its one of those really good hotels.

I sent an email to have my baby’s crib put in and my request was accommodated. Loved the water pressure even though we were on the highest floor. The staff was so friendly and supportive.

The buffet was ok. No variety whatsoever, I would say very basic comparing to their other branch facing them

One of the best hotel realy nice and clean , we stayed at junior suit which was really good space for a family of three was very big room with nice space everything was luxurious,the location is perfect it was in the center of the city near to eveywhere and we could reach the places using uber app on a reasonable rates due to the location.
