Great price, room had everything I needed, no extras that I have to pay for but never use. Rooms were clean, comfortable bed. Room maintained comfortable temperature. Excellent location. 110 volt outlet (U.S. standard) available in room. Safe in room. I've stayed here many times. Good restaurants nearby. Never had a bad experience, but as this is a budget hotel, don't arrive with unrealistic expectations. Will return.

TV did not work (room 208). One of the two elevators was broken. Large groups get preferential treatment in the restaurant, while the other guests are lucky if they can even find seating. Manager berated staff member in front of guests (Saturday March 8 in the morning). Shower leaks onto bathroom floor even with door fully closed. The maid acknowledged this is an ongoing problem, assures the guests they did nothing wrong. No water glasses in room. Bring some bottled water or buy from the kioscos and markets next door.

Breakfast is good , room is ok , location is very good . However. Small Towels , tooth brush , papers , water and boiling kettle would be better to provide . Staffs behavior is extremely nice. We have initially booked for two nights however due to staffs nice behavior we extended two more days .

Sufficient and varieties of clean towels , tooth brush , napkin papers , hot water kettle to boil water to drink would be better to keep in room would be better

Despite being a budget hotel, there is an excellent restaurant on the property with a friendly and helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast are very good. Great location next to the Congreso National and a short walk to the subway. Some staffers speak English. Bathroom facilities were more than adequate. Check in went smoothly. Good wifi signal in room. Several convenience and grocery stores just down the street.

The mattress was like a concrete slab. I slept well on it, but I could see where some people could have a problem. In my room, the safe gave off a low battery warning and the remotes for the television weren't working. I'm sure those issues would have been quickly resolved if I'd needed these items. I mentioned them at checkout. Still too much dependence on QR codes for everything. I'm slowly getting used to them, but I don't like them..No drinking glasses or refrigerator in the room.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room. Exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel.

Bathroom sink faucet in Room 307 has to be turned on very carefully or the water will explode all over everything. Television only worked for streaming services.

This is a solid budget hotel. There is a chain of them across South America. If you're looking for just an overnight no-frills experience, this is your hotel.

No refrigerator in the room. Visitors are not allowed in the rooms even during daytime hours. That seemed a bit strange.

I liked the price, the simplicity of the rooms and the fact they are spacious.

I didn’t like they gave away only one bath towel per person and although the towels were clean you can notice that towels are a bit worn out.

The staff are excellent. They all helped me in every way possible with a fun attitude! The position is good. The room was very comfortable. Thank you all so much.

The staff are so helpful, efficient and friendly. The position is ideal especially if you like to walk the city.

It’s a little tired but it’s good value.
