The staff at were very helpful and kind. • The rooms were well-organized. • Breakfast was enjoyable, and the dinners offered in the hotel were decent with reasonable pricing.

The pool was too cold and had limited sunlight and access, not matching the promising photos. • The hotel layout restricted freedom, with only one passage for movement. • Despite an upgrade, the bed was uncomfortable with short sheets and an unpleasant mattress protector. • The hotel’s advice against walking outside alone after 6 p.m. created a sense of insecurity and felt like it encouraged guests to stay in and order food from the hotel.

The room itself was very comfortable, check in process very long for no reasons. Breakfast room busy during operations, quite a good variety of food. Crocobeach club is definetly not an asset for the property it’s cheap and not good service.

They don’t even offer laundry in house, they sent it outside so outsourced and it was bloody expensive almost 1000 reals! On top they lost my customised laundry bag and didn’t offer any discount or even a sorry! Last but not least, chocolate candy offer expired 3 months ago! And top corners / rail of shower extremely dirty.

Definitely get a room with a beach view. Right across the gorgeous Praia do Futuro, especially its nice parts where you want to hang out anyways. Interestingly enough their barraca (basically a giant area covered with beach huts where they serve foods and drinks) is a bit further away on the beach, but definitely worth a visit. The breakfast was really delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the champagne was a nice extra touch.

Never figured out what discounts we have in their barraca, i.e. for the drinks or the beach chairs - the staff barely explained that.

The hotel is located in the best city beach in Fortaleza and a short car ride from the city center (15 min). The hotel has a beach bar around 200mts from it that is amazing and the guests can use it for free. The workers are amazing, always trying to help you and make your stay even better! the hotel is very good in terms of ammenities and the toilet is amazing. Breakfast has everything as well as the restaurant that I totally recommend!

the hotel infrastructure needs a little bit come care, some renovations like paiting the walls would make a bit difference (nothing that affects your stay)

Great location just across the road from the beach. Very comfortable , lovely room with balcony looking over the ocean, wonderful !

the internet, the swimming pool and jacuzzi cleaning hours are too late-we woke up early and already wanted to enjoy the pool and the jacuzzi before we needed to leave to do other things

Apparently, the streets aren't particularly safe after sundown, though this is obviously a reflection of the location and not the hotel

The hotel is very modern however it feels in need of maintenance. The breakfast buffet is amazing with tons of alternatives. Staff is friendly, polite and very welcoming. Location is great, to go to the beach you only need to cross the street.

The room and hotel overall had some odd smells, probably due to the fact that it has very poor air circulation and all the kitchen smells go up into the main corridors. The rooms are ok but could use a bit more personality, it felt like a very generic hotel experience.

The hotel offers great value for your money, located right across from the beach, it has very friendly staff and good facilities. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and served as a buffet, so be prepared to eat a lot. Crocobeach complex on the beach itself is also pretty good and guests have a 15% discount there. I highly recommend the place and their caipirinha!

It was noisier than I expected, housekeeping staff were loud early in the morning, there was a service storage area near my room and that didn’t help. The street was also noisier than expected, but if you don’t mind waking up early that won’t be an issue.
