Stayed here overnight halfway through a move from the USA. It was perfect for me, my spouse, our dog, our car, and a U-Haul. the hotel had no issue with the dog -- AND CHARGED NO PET FEE! -- or with the U-Haul being parked in their lot. The room rate itself seemed a bit expensive, but not having to pay for the dog or parking AND having breakfast included made this a great deal.

We arrived after 11pm and the number of dudes drinking beer and smoking in the parking lot was off putting. In their defense, their rooms had sliding doors that opened onto the parking lot, so they were basically making the outside space an extension of their own hotel rooms. But were I traveling by myself I wouldn't have felt very comfortable.

The great room very comfortable and quiet .the fantastic breakfast was outstanding thanks loved the egg omelettes and fresh fruits and service Soo clean .maybe turn on some sound so every one could chat a bit ...

My bed ! Lol but manager stated they were remodeling the place in a few months. . Bed was comfortable but the springs had sprung lol

Nice, clean, had everything I was expecting. Quite impressed that the room was very clean and quiet, bed and pillows were confortable, check in and check out were prompt and easy. Front door stays locked at night providing extra safety, which was a nice add on.

Not sure how safe it is to go to the car at night, but this is nothing the hotel can change.

I've stayed here before, and once again found it to be a very good, budget-friendly option in south London. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Conveniently-located near lots of restaurants and malls, and close to the 401.

No complaints - great value for the price.

It was very good. There were lots of things and coffe was excellent taste. Cleaned and enough room to having bfast. Special thanks to front desk receptionist with good customer service while our checking. Forgot her name.

travel frequently to London for work and family. Night before (London hotel) was a nightmare, so decided to go here. Clean, comfortable, relaxing, quiet. Young man at reception was great. Just simple comfort if you have to be away from home. Breakfast next morning - same

It was all good, but because of not sleep well we slept in and missed the breakfast both days. They gave us an excellent room near the back on main floor for taking doggie out.Thank you

Fridge wasn't very cold at first, but then it got cold!!

Breakfast was perfect for those on the go. Everything for a good healthy start and so convenient. Lots of grass and open spaces- perfect for pets.

The garbage bins on a nearby property were accessed at 4 am two mornings in a row. The loud metal clanking probably woke up that side of the building.

Smelled and looking clean. The pillows were some of the best we’ve experienced at a hotel in a long time! It was super quiet.

You can currently only enter through the front door but exit through any door. It’s inconvenient when the parking lot is full and you have to walk from the end of the lot to enter through the front especially when your room is at the back of the hotel. They also lock the front door at 11pm?!
