One of my favorite hotels. The room on higher floor had an amazing view and was soo relaxing. I wish I could stay longer than 3 days. Great location as well walking location to Haeundae beach and to Shinsegae, both actually walking distance. Breakfast was served either on 31-32nd floor and just amazing. Both a la carte and buffet, there was not a single thing missing and the service was perfect. Amazing staff.

The TV cannot be easily linked to iPhone for mobile contents and access to movie apps Second day, breakfast, we were told we would be given a couple seating with a sea view on 32nd floor after waiting for our turn. However, the seat was given to the guests after us. And the staff in charge on the 32nd floor told us she would give us the seat when available. We waited and when we asked her again, she had forgotten and was just patronizing us. Was disappointed.

The room and view was beautiful! Most staff were very accomodating, helping with bags and taking good care of us :)

There weren’t many food options for people with dietary requirements, we really wanted to eat in the restaurant but there wasn’t much we could eat. It made the stay a bit disappointing, but we were just happy to be in such a beautiful place. The only other thing was the next morning we wanted to order a coffee so I called room service and the operator was quite rude, when I asked her for the iced americano her response was “now!?” In a bit of a rude tone, I wasn’t sure what the concern was….

Food, amenities, staff professional and friendly Massage was excellent too

Some of the chairs in the living room were very worn out and did not meet 5-star hotel expectations. The smell in the hallway of the rooms need some type of air freshener system added to the ventilation, much like Hilton hotels always have a very nice scent when you enter the hotel and all through the property

It is strange that they charge some small money for toothpaste in the room and you also have to pay something for sauna entrance and swimming cap for the pool. You would expect that such items come for free, considering the price of the room. Not so important but nevertheless...

Everything was amazing. From the panoramic views on the 30-32 floors where the lobby and dining are to the modern interior with subtle Korean touches to the outstanding service to the wonderful amenities like the pool and spa, everything is top notch. Close enough to the hustle and fun of Haeundae Beach area but is itself in a neighborhood that's calm and quiet.

Beautiful hotel, rooms, and amenities. The indoor pool was really nice, especially after a day in the summer heat. The hotel is in a good location, and is only a short walk to the train station and Haeundae beach. The staff at the hotel were all exceptional and treated us very kindly.

The hotel is nice, the staff are gracious and welcoming, and the location and view of the bay and the bridge are really great. It's a very nice place to stay.

The breakfast arrangements are a bit strange and feel the a la carte could be better. Perhaps it is just the comparison with the Grand Intercontinential where I'd stayed earlier but the service seemed confused (we were given wrong orders on multiple days) and while the food was certainly nice, it just seemed to lack the higher quality I'd expect at a park Hyatt. Additionally, seating for breakie seemed muddled and found quite often familesi with noisy kids would let them play their iPads at high volume kinda of disrupting the breakie atmosphere. Often it felt like the staff were a bit overwhelmed at breakfast by orders and logistiics. That said, it was good. Just expect it to be excellent at the Park Hyatt for what you pay.

This hotel is stunning. The views were amazing. The gym was great and well appointed. Very modern rooms with the 5 star features you would expect, like good automation of lighting and blinds, plenty of tv channels, spacious bathroom.

It would have been nice to enjoy the sauna without incurring a $60 charge.
