The last time I stayed in this area, I stayed in the sister hotel, CANVAS White. However, it seems like they were fully booked for the time I was visiting. I was a bit worried, since CANVAS Black does dorms rather than capsules. I booked a 4-bed dorm, which was ideal. During the week, the dorm is mostly empty, so I didn’t have too many roommates and was able to shower and dress at my own leisure.

The weekend is normally fully booked, so it’s difficult to have enough time in the morning to shower when there are 3 other girls who also want to bathe. It’s even more difficult when you all have to checkout the same day by the same time limit. In comparison, CANVAS Black is not as clean as CANVAS White. I think I still prefer CANVAS White.

Beds so comfy, and not too many in a room so typically not too loud!

Showers, bathroom and sink are in the room so that contributes to a lot of noise. It’s hard to sleep through people drying their hair and brushing their teeth late at night near the foot of your bed. The showers are far too small with the curtain so it will consistently stick to you and move about. Don’t understand since it’s in such a big wet room! Busan is huge so you’ll have to travel a lot anyway, but this is not the ideal location if you want to be immersed in the city. But I really enjoyed the area myself since I was looking for a little more peace and nature.

The location is exceptional, as it is near Haeundae Beach. The rooms are very clean, and the lounge downstairs is very nice and comfortable.

One thing that could be improved is the ventilation system in the common lounge, as everyone is cooking and there is a persistent smell that suggests it isn’t aired regularly. Also, the front door isn’t secured with a PIN or any other lock, so anyone can enter.

Best part is the location :) The beds are really comfortable and the room heating is delightful. Very nice place to be based in for a casual city exploration trip! I could walk down Haeundae every morning~

Just the ease of changing towels for people who are staying longer, sometimes you would go to the counter and there's no staff around. It's not a big issue for the price honestly.

I liked the location and the overall style and layout of the guest house the most! Convenient with a 24h lounge area and so close to Haeundae beach.

Maybe the management did not know but there was one thing that was broken at my bed. The privacy curtain easily fell off where it was fastened when I tried to move the curtain a bit to be able to go down the bed’s ladder and could not be put up again. It was a bit dangerous as it could have fallen and hit someone. Luckily this did not happen. This was the only inconvenience

A big room and great bathroom for a really nice price. The beds were super comfortable. The shower was strong and spacious. It overall feels like a nice, fancy hotel, with some insignificant quarks that make it seem just a bit more budget (a burn on the floor, chipped paint on the bathroom door) though easy fixes. The lobby has a good kitchen and commen space. Five minute walk to the metro, five minute walk to the beach.

The guesthouse is right next to the famous Haeundae (해운대) beach so it’s the perfect location for those wanting to spend the day at the beach or go swimming. The room was clean and with enough space underneath the bed to store my luggage. The bathroom is inside the room, and separate from the bathroom, which is really practical and comfortable. I had the room for myself the first night and then with 3 other girls who were really nice.

The bathroom, comfortable and clean bed/capsule. The kitchen, utensils, ice, tables, and places to work. Close location to the beach, Camilla Park, walking tracks, and other tourist sites. Close to many buses and metro, and shopping. Also storage lockers in the room and on first floor.

It’s a capsule with a curtain for privacy, so you will hear noise from other lodgers.

We really enjoyed the location, it was so easy to find and to get around. The location is perfect! My friend and I also enjoyed how easy the process was to check in and out. The rooms were lovely too. My friend and I slept so comfortably. The lockers at the entrance are life savers!! :) :)

The room is a bit dark at night, it’s difficult to see sometimes. The bins in the bathroom are small. Maybe add bigger bin with a lid.

The location, so close to the beach, buses and metro, in a very nice part of the city. The room was spacious , bed very confortable and you could cook in the kitchen

No free coffee or tea, very few travelers and its take between 1 to 2 hours at least to reach any place, but as I say , Busan is a really big city
