Everything was as close to perfection as possible. Staff even made special accommodation so that I could stay a day longer in the same room I was in.

The only things wrong could not really be prevented. The water pressure made showering difficult for me. But that's problem primarily due to drought and Fire which the management can't do that much about except perhaps changing the type of shower apparatus. And the guests nearby were noisy like into the night and early in the morning when I was trying to sleep and I don't know what can be done about that.

Very clean! Front desk guy was really friendly and did a great job assuring me that there was someone always available if needed at the desk. The desk is open 24-7. Being new to LA knowing someone’s always available is reassuring to our safety. The bed was so comfy! Shower had great pressure and built in shampoo and conditioner.

The sanitizing chemicals used to clean our room smelled a little strong. I have a great nose, husband not so great and even he was like that’s some strong sanitation. There’s comfort in knowing everything is squeaky clean, but if you’re sensitive to smell it may be a little to strong of a smell for you. We didn’t mind, just a thought for you. There also is construction going on so be careful with the construction workers.

Very helpful staff at the reception, the room had everything you need for a short stay, microwave, fridge and coffee maker, for us in a reservation for 1 night I highly recommend, quiet area and free parking, we got the room a little earlier because it was ready, for which we are grateful.

Certainly no curtains on the window, no privacy during the day and when you close the curtains you feel like you are in a tomb. That's the only comment

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed's firmness was just right, and there were choices of pillows, from firm to soft. It was a quiet stay. Nice, big parking lot. Friendly staff.

The towels were pretty scratchy, so that is something they definitely could improve on. The bathroom was roomy, but the toilet seat was loose during my stay.

That even thous I have kids alot of other tentents where were not told that there will be kids either upstairs or next to there rooms n if they didn't mind the noise it be grate if not have them book another room. Kids are kids you can only keep them quite and study for so long. Other than that my stay was grate

The bedding. had cigarettes burn holes and the stair rails needed to be repaired and repainted

It was my second stay at the motel and compared to the room on the lower floor, the one on the upper level seems to be a bit of better quality. The room was large and cleaned daily. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Large parking lot. Wi-Fi sometimes was slow but but overall it worked fine.

I just enjoyed my stay here, everything was exceptional. Clean, quiet, and very comfortable and safe environment. I will definitely come back here
