Not much to say, just a little hiccup with the payment transaction… I almost got charged twice. My card decline. And I had to show them that you guys had already charged me. Just hope there had been better communication that it had been pre paid. It was stressful for a moment because the assistant there didn’t know what to do. So I hope I don’t go through that ever again because I want to continue using your services and book there again at Best Western.

Had to leave early so did not eat the breakfast

No coffee cups with the coffee maker, so I had to call for them. The parking was very tight and I was driving a mid-sized car. If you are in a big SUV or something, park early. AC window unit was loud like most mid-range hotels like this so it was not unexpected. But those are picky things - not deal breakers. It's a Best Western, not a bougie resort so it met expectations.

Had some bathroom plumbing problem while at dinner. Left good amount of water on bathroom floor -- could have fallen if hadn't noticed..... It was clean water, and either dried or drained during night - small amount remained in morning. Otherwise place was very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was fine. Nice selections. Found the hotel layout attractive, especially for summer weather.

Website spoke of a spa; I had looked forward to using it, only to find it wasn’t working. Also think there should be another grab bar in the shower.

The included breakfast was your standard self service type setup, but this was about the best choice of items I've seen, extending well beyond the waffle maker and toaster. Quality and variety were great

No one in the office when I arrived at the time I had stated - I had to wait 45 mins. Coffee maker in room didn't work (probably burned out heater element. WIFI signal too weak to be useful. Room heater effective but noisy.

It's is very close to Downtown (hence a short walk away from restaurants and the campus) without being super centered, so perfect to enjoy some quiet time. My family came for my graduation and it was a very convenient place to stay!

Great location. Adequate parking (which venues in Davis do not always have). Love the proximity to the Black Bear restaurant. All of the staff were great. Very clean. Breakfast was well presented. Loved our stay.

Breakfast had a lot of varieties. We are vegetarians but there were enough options for us too. The hotel staff is kind, we had to check-in early and they agreed to our request without any additional charges.

Very close to UC Davis, lots of stores and restaurants around

Just a little dated but not bad, strong chlorine smell on towels (at least we know they’re clean)😁, could use some fabric softener on towels and linens
