I wish the room was cleaned regularly. The breakfast menu was a little sparse Minday morning. What happened to the bread and pastries? I wish someone would have told me I had to book through the BW website to get the $50 gift card, especially since I stat there regularly.

Comfortable rooms, easy parking, good breakfast!

Pool & Jacuzzi were very dirty! Tons of leaves & insects in the water! Very small pool towels as well. Also the jacuzzi was not working properly. Water temp was great but only some jets were working & those were barely working.

Staff at check in was very nice! Breakfast had a lot of options. Rooms were clean.

Beds were older. We were on the first floor room 122 and our cousin was directly above us. We could hear her bed squeak every time she turned over.

There were only one small set of shampoo & conditioner. I booked for 4 people. Hotel needs to accommodate depending on how many people will stay in a room. Plus there was no bottle water in the room. The coffee maker was in the bathroom.

The room was huge! Super comfortable and so clean! So much more than we expected and we were sorry we were only staying for one night and didn't get to spend more time at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Location was a little "sketchy" with all the homeless roaming the area. Not any fault of the facility at all though. Just had to be aware of your surrounding in the parking lot

The service was great, didn't have a problem checking in. The room was a nice size and the beds were really comfortable, so I was able to get a good rest

The parking space was a little confusing, also too much info to get checked in. Beside that it was a great stay. Also the room wasn't cool when we went in, had to turn the AC and wait a little to cool down since we went on a hot day oh and we had to turn on the mini fridge when we put our waters and food.

The housekeeping and breakfast service staff were exceptional! Reina and Esperanza were my favorites! They were friendly, very down to earth, and had taken special care of my two year old who woke up from her nap while I had run downstairs. She woke up and was crying in the room. They got her and were in the doorway heading out of the room when I was going inside. Poor thing! But I’m so happy they were there to help her. They were just great and made my stay nice! Always asking about my girls and talking with them. The other guests were great, the front desk staff was great and it truly felt like home away from home! Complimentary towels for the pool with the pool area just great! My daughter even met a friend which made her day! Thanks guys! See you next time!

Nothing. Even the area for smoking downstairs was clean, had chairs and everything and the other guests were so nice to talk with.

The staff responded quickly when we had a problem with the TV

There was a slight stale smell in the room. Also, the bed skirts were wrinkled like they had been laundered and shrank, so they were not attractive. Also, the back door which was steps from our room was not locked even at 9 PM. I think that was a security problem. The eggs and tacos were unappetizing. There were no good options that were no other options that were not high sugar, so , as a diabetic, the breakfast was not appropriate for my needs.
