Super comfortable beds, comfy chairs in our room very clean. Didn’t do breakfast but coffee was good!

They didn’t have our reservation from booking.com. Even tho i showed the confirmation, the message from them confirming and proof i paid. She said i had to reach out to booking.com. The AI voice at booking said i had to reach out to the hotel. So it was a circle and frustrating. They rebooked us. With the risk of paying twice! Ultimately the hotel had to reach out to booking.com. And fixed it. They should’ve done that from the start. Please learn this if it happens again

Check in process was very fast and Heidi made sure we had everything we needed. Very personable, helpful and friendly. Esmeralda was the person I spoke to about the wi-fi and also getting another chair for our room. She was able to resolve my issue with the wi-fi very quickly. As far as getting a chair for the 2nd person in the room, her supervisor was not able to allow that. I don't understand when there are 2 people in a room, how hard can it be to have 2 chairs!?!? Also breakfast room was very neat, clean and well stocked. Jackie did a fantastic job. All three of these people are great assets to your company.

Not being able to have 2 chairs in our room for 2 people to sit on. Not everyone wants to lay/sit on the bed to watch tv, read or use a laptop.

The room was very comfortable and the staff friendly. The little market inside was of good value and very convenient since there were no grocery stores within walking distance. The convenience store next to the gas station was way overpriced so shop at the hotel instead for snacks. The breakfast was hot and the coffee was pretty good.

The nearest BART station is 1.2 miles away. I didn't have a car so I walked it. It's not a bad walk since there is a sidewalk but unless you have a car, you're stuck walking a bit. Nearby is a Starbucks and Jack in the Box but nothing else.

Facility was immaculate. Staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was an excellent selection, including pastries from a local shop.

This is nitpicking, but for some reason the room layout has the bed at a right angle to the television. Had I been watching television in bed this would have made for an awkward position.

The room was clean. The mattress was too soft (or worn down,) that I found myself sleeping in a "hole" in the a.m. I'm over 75 and it was hard on my back/spine. Also, the bathroom was clean, but the baseboard at the tub was pretty bad looking & it takes away from my rating on the room. We were in room 420 in case you want to check. All the personnel were wonderful. Very helpful & friendly. A+ for all of them. All in all, our stay was very good.

Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels and shower supplies. Breakfasts were well prepared and a good variety. Staff was friendly and helpful

Never had my room cleaned during my 5 day stay. Would have been nice if they would have at least picked up used towels. I did have sufficient clean towels

We stayed 5 nights and no one ever checked on us. I had to ask for more toilet paper and towels. No small table /chairs in the room. Different breakfast options everyday but some days were a lot better than others.

Staff was extremely friendly. The looby/ check in area looked and smelled clean when you walked in. The room was the same ! Breakfast was very good. Definitely would recommend! We plan on booking again if we stay in that area again 😊 One of the nicest places we've stayed!

We have stayed at this site several times. Your staff is always welcoming, kind and professional. Accommodations are comfortable and well maintained. We'll be back.

While the room is clean, details like mold on the shower foot rests and stained grout on the tile floor detract from total satisfaction.

housekeeping staff was inappropriate and rude. while waiting for the elevator a guest came out of his room to ask for more towels. there was 3 people there cleaning the room next door. All three staff ignored the guest. he asked again, one of the staff members told the other one in Spanish that he wanted towels. the second person said “well he has to bring me his old towels”…they were arguing in Spanish but no one ever talked to guest. he finally got frustrated and went down the elevator with us. Front desk staff and kitchen staff were amazing.
