Front desk very friendly and supportive, my fiance and i drove seperate cars early prior to check in for magic mountain and we were given no problems parking on site early, we also allowed to keep the other car at the site while we went back the second day even after checkout. I stay here often and always want to come back for magic mountain

There is a door on the north side i think, to get in it does not work, as soon as i walk out to my care in the parking lot, it does not allow me back in and i have to walk all the way around to get back in, i recall being there in August 2024 for magic mountain and the same door was broke. Would be nice if the door keycard lock worked.

The location and surroundings are very nice. All the staff that we encountered were excellent! From the front desk gentlemen that checked us in to the cleaning lady for our room. The room was good size. Breakfast was really good! We felt very safe inside and outside. We would definitely return to this hotel.

You can tell the age of the building from inside. Also, the rooms need a little bit more attention. The sink in my room did not drain perfectly. I think all it needed was some drain cleaner. But I will say the room itself was very clean. The first room we were sent to did not smell right. The window was open, and on the bathroom door, you could see something had hit it. When I went down to reception, he was very apologetic and said it was no problem that he could change the room. He sent us to another room. That room was way better, except for the sink.

The staff was great and we always come to this hotel multiple times a year we come from AZ to CA to go to six flags we been coming here for 10 plus years staff always remember us we appreciate that makes us feel special

The only thing I didn't like was the fact the drain in bath tub wasn't sealed correctly and leaked into our room and out in hall way. We did fin an unpleasant smell. I understood they where booked. But other then this the stay is always 💯

Check-in was great. Shout out to Mark at the front desk...also my interaction with other staff was good too. I was only there one night and was happy that everything was in good working condition, (lights,TV,coffee maker, etc.)

I was unhappy about the smell of the cleaning solution used in the bathroom. It was really unpleasant and kinda ruined the whole vibe. Also, I was awakened at midnight with an unidentified noise. At first I thought it was the heater (which I had turned off), but after checking, it sounded like it was coming from the shower. It was quite loud, lasted about 10 minutes and then stopped.

I loved the location. It is very close to six flags and close enough to the city to stay there as a base camp and explore LA and the surrounding areas. It is safe and parking is free. The staff is wonderful!!! My kids and I stayed for over a week and will definitely be back every time we visit six flags and/or the LA area!!! On a side note, if you need your car repaired, Valencia Auto Performance and Simply Smog was amazingly knowledgeable and more than fair!!! I wish they were in my town!!! The breakfast isn't bad and they have a clean pool and hot tub.

The beds could have been a bit more comfy and the AC units are very loud.

Location is conveniently close to freeway exit. Perfect for us as we needed somewhere to sleep before continuing road-trip. The check in staff at 3 am was super sweet also check out guy was very nice too .The room was clean and spacious with 2 beds and a sofa sleeper for a good price. In the morning there is full breakfast included . Lots of food options and tables to sit in lobby area. Pool available with early hours but we were unable to take advantage because of because of our short stay . The Check in process was easy and there is some snacks and frozen food items for sale at front desk. A nearby Dennys is said to be 24 hours and also Six Flags seemed a short drive away.

A random (possibly intoxicated) person wandering back parking lot and then made herself into lobby . Hanging out in there . Police had been called and everyone seemed unbothered , like if not a threat so we were ok. Not scared .

There was a glitch in the system so I got upgraded to a spa tub and it was heavenly after fleeing the mountain fire in Camarillo and fearing my house may burn down and everything would be lost. I missed the breakfast because the bed was super comfy and I slept in hard. But they have a room dedicated to the breakfast so it's gotta be good. Lots of parking and super close to town.

I don't think there was anything I didn't like.

Room was good size, clean, comfortable. Luv that there was a microwave- great for heating midnight movie snacks for the kids. beds were comfortable. Really like the location, close to quick shopping and LoADS of great places to eat. Morning breakfast was tasty, the kids were excited to see their waffles made before their very eyes!

Because we were staying for the week we brought quite a few clothes- a chest of drawers would have been nice. There were only two drawers, not nearly enough (smile)

Clean and comfortable. Close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Friendly and helpful staff at check in. Also had a good breakfast selection and water/coffee available any time.

Stayed on first floor so people above were a little noisy. Not the hotels fault but only downside when you’re on the ground level which is always a possibility anywhere.

We were on our way back home and Northbound on "The Grapevine," when all of a sudden traffic came to a halt. After being stuck there for several hours, we finally found out that a Hazmat Tank had caught fire. We decided to drive back down and get a hotel, rather than take our chances and wait to see if they would let traffic through. Thankfully this hotel had rooms available, and was close to everything we might need such as gas stations and fast food. There is an IHOP in front, and an ARCO and Taco Bell right next to the hotel.

Nothing, it met our needs. I would gladly book this hotel again.
