The entire staff was excellent. Smiles on everyone, Super helpful, a big greeting to each and everyone on their arrival...as well as their departure from the hotel. The "free breakfast" was always fresh and hot. I lost my hotel key card and had a new one handed to me almost instantly! I enjoyed my stay very much. Super clean hotel. I received a call from the hotel staff informing me that I forgot to take my security deposit! I was very impressed and thankful that they were so honest. I will definitely share this with my family and friends...and I hope to use this hotel again one day. I would love to see the front desk employees again too.

There was absolutely nothing that I did not like about this hotel. I loved the location being right on the main highway. Outlet stores across the street. Gas station right nextdoor with a convenient store. Everything was right there!

The people were very friendly. The place was very clean. The cleaning crew were very nice and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable. As was the couch. My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. I loved the 24 hour coffee supply. We will be staying again when we make another trip back to Myrtle Beach.

There really wasn't much to dislike. Maybe a little more on the breakfast. The pancake machine wasn't working the whole week we were there.

This location is down the street from Coastal Carolina. We had to book a room at the last minute (college move in weekend) due to a change in plans. I was a little worried about how the hotel would be since they had an available room. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. We had no complaints for the room! There was some road noise up until about 10pm but we were able to get a great night of rest. There is a pool but it was closed for the rest of the night due to chemical imbalances.

The breakfast was okay. There were not many protein options. There were only two flavors of yogurt- peach and raspberry. I personally don’t like either of those flavors. There was an “egg” and sausage that you could put on a biscuit. The addition of a toaster for bagels or toast would be nice. I was able to heat some oatmeal up and have a mini blueberry muffin. My husband had the pancakes from their little pancake making machine. It would also be nice to have some flavored coffee creamer. We didn’t go hungry, but other options would have been nice.

My room was 1 queen bed with chair ,desk fridge and micro wave and tv it met our needs and everything in the room worked. The location was Myrtle Beach Waccamau Pines RD right across the street to Tanger Malls! Oh and the breakfast in the morning had something for everyone and nice way start to the day! While I am at it the staff there were all wonderful which means so very much to us!

Of course since it was close to 501 and Tanger Mall there was quite a lot of noise from the highway, but we were so tired we seemed to get over it quick

Nice room. The bed was super comfortable and warm so are the pillows. Shower was very comfortable. We had plenty of towels also. Staff were delightful.

It could’ve been cleaned a little better. The sheets and comforter were great. However, there was a straw paper on the floor and my feet had lots of debris as if it weren’t swept very well. Also, the toilet did not look like it was cleaned.

The staff was very friendly with warm, smiling faces <3 my personal experience was welcoming! They're breakfast was DEEELICIOUS! Though a small selection, it did not disappoint! My son ate everything they had which DEFINITELY says something! :D

All in all everything was great! The only minor disappointment was the general cleanliness of the room. The toilet, shower, bed, & towels were pristine clean which was most important! <3 The floors in my room, however, were under swept & the inside of the sink wasn't properly cleaned.

The breakfast was descent they kept it simple eggs, sausage, pancakes, bagel, and cereal was your choices. Could had more choices in condiments like jelly etc.

The metal frame of the bed made noise every time you moved. But the bed was comfortable. I did see some stains on my sheets.

The room was located in a great spot. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. For my surprise the breakfast was delicious and very clean and organized area.

The guesses next to me were noisy. It looks like the walls in this room are not noise proof. It will be nice to have a little shopping room where we could buy water or snacks. Other than that, everything was great.

Clean rooms, great price and location for our needs. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was smaller but very good. Free Coffee was available 24 hours and it was better than most hotel coffees

Can hear guests in other rooms too easily

Was perfectly placed in between where I needed to go. Access to everything.

Difference in price from previous week was only problem. Had to cancel previous week because of Hurricane predictions. $90.00 more.
