Decided to change location from Daytona to Cape Coral.. The best smelling reception area ever! Brilliant staff (chap had the best nails, made the wife envious) , free parking, swimming pool, very large room, comfy beds, plenty of tea and coffee making stuff although there are pots of it at reception as well , excellent breakfast, spotless throughout. I'd definitely stay again as it was cheaper then the daytona beach place we were originally going to that also charged for parking.

Fix head shower! Why can't american hotels have shower hoses?

Clean, comfortable, great staff

We stayed from a Thursday - Monday and our room was only cleaned once on Saturday and it was maybe 2:30pm and unfortunately I had to ask her to finish later bc I needed to use the shower in order to get ready to meet my family. No one ever came back. She did give us extra towels which was great. I just wish our room was cleaned more than half way only one time.

Excellent stay at Hampton Inn. Clean and smooth check in/ check out. Rooms are modern, clean, comfortable and pet friendly. The breakfast buffet was good and well stocked with hot and cold items. Coffee and tea station all day was great as well. Highly recommend when in the Cape Coral/Ft.Myers area. We will be back!

Very nice hotel, in a fantastic location, free breakfast and wonderful staff. Kudos to Tina and Jayden who go out of their way to make your stay great.

I go every year and the free breakfast has went down hill drastically. Nicer breakfast at other hotels.

Hotel was great and the staff couldn’t be more helpful BUT I booked a room for 5 people and they don’t exist. We had to rent another room which was an extra expense we didn’t anticipate and were not happy about and also found out the room was much less than I prepaid for😡

Convenient for us. My dad had passed away and we had a lot to deal with. Kobe greeted us and even had made some fresh chocholare chip cookies he gave me husband. The lady in the breakfast area was very friendly and the food was very good.

The check in was hampered by the wifi information system being down. Although I had visual copy on my phone the staff only moved after I insisted I was not leaving. Eventually we were roomed after manual info was taken.

It was clean and good shape, Staff was friendly and helpful, Free breakfast was a nice touch . Good value for the dollar. Didn’t get to use amenities since we were in town for my fathers funeral and it was a short stay.

Definitely a great value, and close to where I needed to be.

They had no milk for breakfast. I know it sounds trivial, but I usually just have a glass of milk and juice for breakfast, so this threw me off a bit.
