The breakfast was exceptional, as with every Hampton Inn. The rooms were updated, spacious, and clean. Free parking is always a plus. The hotel is located in an area where there is a Starbucks and a few other shops and restaurants, and it is right off the Turnpike exit, so it is convenient to jump on the highway and go where you need to go.

The housekeeping staff woke me up very early in the morning speaking loudly in the morning. It was also very overpriced, considering you are in the boonies.

Good sized rooms, lovely products in the bathroom. Lots of parking. Nice staff. Breakfast was included and was ample to start the day. Always coffee available to self serve throughout the day. Very clean on arrival. Small 'shop' area to buy drinks and snacks. Pool. Overall a good stay.

No bar but we were able to us the one in the sister hotel - except they have a really poor selections of wines. Those available are low quality - ( in the UK they are the cheapest of the cheap!) Room service is alternate days, we stayed 3 nights so did not get a change of towels or have the bed made. We could have asked but we didn't realise until it was too late. When we stay in a hotel we do consider having the bed made a basic service. Our request for 2 rooms near each other was not able to be provided so we had a room on the 2nd and 4th floors.

Would have except more from the breakfast from this kind of hotel, the food was the same as a motel… Didn’t appreciate to be given a room which had an attenant bedroom without being told or asked before - the women in the other room was making noises and phone calls during the night…

Large room, comfortable bed, great pool, free parking, good breakfast choices, friendly helpful staff

Ran out of hot food when I visited the breakfast area. Nasty shower curtain instead of glass panel. No safe in room. The window electrically operated blackout curtain blind opened and shut but the sun blind behind it did not work being stuck in the fully closed position, so it was hard to see out.

We arrived around 8.45pm after a long day travelling, hungry, tired, and frazzled. No worries with car parking (off street and free), the guy on the front desk (I wish I could recall his name) was absolutely brilliant. Very friendly and obliging, told us where to go to eat, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Rooms were fresh and clean, bed was very comfortable, nice pool for a morning dip, and the breakfast was great. Just what we needed!

What didn’t I like? I couldn’t tow this hotel and it’s staff behind our car so we could stay there all the way down to Key West!

I like that its location is near everything. Plenty places to choose from for food and shopping.

The rooms were not big, but good enough for us to rest. Our bed base sounded broken. Every time we moved, we were afraid it would collapse. We really wanted a suite but it wasn't offered. The breafast was ok, but I thought there should have been more variety. The lines for waffels were long, which made it hard to get anything else in the tiny area.

Large very spacious room, location was great for Outback Steakhouse. Breakfast was sufficient for requirements and you could eat as much as you wanted.

Had an issue with the lock to the room door, it appears the battery had gone but maintenance fixed it really quickly so I can't fault the service at all

Centrally located to National Parks, Zoo and other activities. A big bonus was walking distance to Outback Steakhouse for dinner

There were a lot of guests while we stayed. Our check-in was super smooth (very late, so thank you) but otherwise facilities were crowded and single person at front desk could really get tied up with the high maintenance guests.

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Bed was not comfy but not terrible. A/c didn’t remove the humidity in the room well so it was still very humid in the room and I’m a Floridian so I’m used to humidity. Better a/c system would be nice but for the price I paid I was pleased. Cleanliness and safety are my main concerns and both of those were good

A/c system didn’t remove humidity well at all. The mattress was lumpy and saggy and not very comfortable to sleep on.

It’s very tourist, so everything is very close by. There is lots of shops and restaurants near by. It was very close to the people we knew and it wasn’t a far drive.
