The property was in a good location. It was clean and comfortable, and the room rate was not overpriced. The breakfast was very good.

We booked the hotel based on our t providing a shuttle from the airport. There was no shuttle. We had to take a cab that cost $20.00.

I only stayed for a single night as it was supposed to be a hotel close by the airport. But before I arrived, I had the worse experience in the airport going to Orlando and had to call them about my reservation. It was extremely nice to know that I was able to check in after midnight and one am. We had a small mishap when we arrived to the hotel. But it was managed quickly by the receptionist! The receptionist was extremely nice and accommodating for us when we arrived. Nothing much to say about the room except that it was clean and spacious with two beds. Bathroom was nice and clean as well. The breakfast in the morning was really good. It was just the simple basics but it was a nice start to start by day heading home!

Shuttle was broken; they offer to pay for taxi but only one customer at the time, meaning you have to wait for one family to be picked up in order for the hotel to order the next taxi… Ac and Heating !!! terrible!!! too old, loud… just bad. i had to blocked it somehow to prevent the air to blow onto my face.

The hotel is going through renovation; to be finished end of March 25. The manager went through great lengths personally in order to accommodate our visit, given the trouble due to the works.Breakfast OK.

We had to wait before our room was ready, while checking in at the prior booking time of 21-22:00. It took about an hour. However, we were not left on our own and a solution was provided and courtesy discount extend. It made up for our woes.

It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The price was very reasonable for the room— it felt like a good value. The people at the front desk were knowledgeable and helpful.

The mattress had a large ridge in the center basically dividing it into two halves that each sunk down. The mattress could really use to be replaced. Despite that, I still slept ok.

The rooms are very spacious with modern furniture. Also very clean. Excellent customer service from the staff. Free breakfast but was very basic.

I stay for 2 days. No complaints.

The room was nice and big and located next to a waffle house which was perfect for our late night arrival.

I booked this hotel because it was advertised to have a shuttle to the airport; however upon arrival, the desk clerk informed us that the shuttle no longer exist. This made travel to the airport m9re complicated.

Host was great. He greeted us as we walked through the door and made us feel comfortable. My family felt safe and relaxed once we got up stairs in our room. The bed felt like we slept on clouds even if it was only for a few hours before our flight.

The shuttle while making small talk she wasn’t as pleasant. However she did manage to get us to the airport in a timely manner even with the bad weather.

Clean and accommodating. I checked in late and the process was streamlined and easy. I had just finished 30+ hours of traveling and the staff was kind. The following morning I woke up and breakfast had ended. They made sure I had a full cup of coffee and plenty of fruit before I headed to my next destination.

airport shuttle was extremely convenient. drop off a breeze and the driver even provided us directions to navigate inside the airport. we were accommodated with an extra shuttle run since our group was too large for the previous shuttle. it runs on the hour. they did a run at the 1/2 hour to make sure we did not miss our flight. the front desk person was so nice! at night and in the morning.

the noise. a family was swimming at 10 pm and since our window was right above the pool we had to run the AC fan in order to fall asleep. and also typical inconsiderate people slamming their doors throughout the night. but that’s not the hotels fault. otherwise no complaints.
