Atmosphere was good, a nice food selection.

We would have liked to have Bacon on the buffet

The staff was amazing, the breakfast was average but the packaged muffins, cinnamon sweets were not good quality and the yogurt looked like it was frozen and thawed so we had to throw it out. The room was good except when people smoked outside our room it came in through the ac so we had to ask them to move.

The breakfast sweets like in the muffin display were awful quality. Tastes bio engineered so would prefer better quality from the hotel chain. The door to our room needs replacement, you can hear everything that’s goes on in the hall.

Breakfast was a pleasant affair: news channel was keeping us up to date on the currrent: the coffee was always full and hot. The attendant was curtious: wide variety of breakfast options of hot foods, fruits, yogurts, muffins, and a waffle bar !!

Nothing to complain about Check in was fast With the map of the property, room was east to find : and could park in front of our room window. And the inner courtyard for the dogs was large enough for them to run ( on leash) and explore

We are traveling home to Canada from Florida on the 75 so this was a perfect location for being right off the interstate. The breakfast was also amazing. The breakfast area was also clean, updated and very big. The rooms were also really clean and updated and quiet. We heard nothing all night and we stayed on a holiday Monday.

Everything was really nice except there was a slight smoke smell in some areas of hallways. The rooms were all fine though and it was clean.

Breakfast was great. I highly recommend their waffles. Staff was friendly. Parking was great and my room was cozy, It wasn’t crowded or noisy, great experience and great price for the room with working air conditioning and heating!

The furniture in the room was a bit dated, the lamps were a bit wobbly and flicked time to time. There was a smell from the sink from the overflow it was moldy looking. The bathroom was small and could use a deep cleaning but other than that everything was great!

After a long day of traveling, it was so nice to have a place for the pups to stretch their legs. Since we were the only ones in the courtyard, we let them run around for a little bit and blow off steam. The beds were comfortable and the pet friendly rooms were clean.

This is absolutely NOT a hotel issue, rather a pet owner issue. I was shocked and irritated by the number of pet owners who did not clean up after their pets. Don't own them if you can't take responsibility for them.

This accommodation was only rated as "good" but I think the hotel is a cut above this rating. The room was comfortable and clean. It was easy to park. The breakfast was better than expected. The items ranged from egg/sausages, cereal, cold cuts, yoghurt as well as coffee, tea, milk and juices There is also a dedicated breakfast room with a lot of tables. There is a nice park (Amerson River Park) which is only a few minutes by car. It was a nice place to walk. We brought sandwiches and ate them by the river. The hotel is also very accessible to the interstate.

The facilities are clean and very well maintained. The staff is awesome and go out of their way to please you! Location is perfect for easy access to everything Macon GA has to offer. We visit Macon often and this is the only place we'll stay in!

Breakfast ends too early, especially on the weekends. We missed it several times during our week stay. Also, they could use more variety...same scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy every day.

Rooms were clean and I liked that they were inside the building instead of the doors facing then parking lot. The whole property is well- kept and clean. We just made a pit stop for the night on our way home and it was a nice stop ! We stayed at a mother best western that wasn’t so nice a few days ago and were worried, but it was great!

It’s a little farther from downtown than we thought and there aren’t a lot of places nearby to eat, but it’s a very small inconvenience to drive 3-5 miles

The greeting by the staff was nice. I got all my questions answered. The room was clean upon my inspection. It was very quiet and peaceful. I was able to sleep in the comfortable bed. The hardwood floors were nice and clean no dust. The breakfast was off the chain! I mean it was really really delicious. The dining area was clean and restocked accordingly. It was a great experience. I will be booking with this brand again. Thank you best western for making my stay pleasant.

What I didn't like was that I could smell smoke as I slept. It was very strong. I was really uncomfortable inhaling it.
